Jackson Sets Out New Rules

Man City boss Neil Jackson has announced rules and aims that will only apply to him today. He has said he wants football to return as it was 20 years ago and that the rules he has put in place will help Man City develop homegrown talent through their own academy. Due to Man City's exceptional youth recruitment and youth facilities Jackson has said he will only use British players in his team and only use foreigners if they have come through the youth academy but has promised to pick one foreigner each year from the academy. Also, everybody he will sign has to be British.

"Ever since Premier League clubs started earning tens of millions every season when the Premier League started back in '92. Ever since then I've wished an end to modern football and campaigned but nothing ever happened. I've seen my team transform from a modern footballing Premier League side to a full academy side within the space of a few months. I have put these rules, aims if you want to call it in place to target a return for the First Division football we all enjoyed, if you remember it well"

A good idea Jack!
AAN: Cheers, I hope to stick to it
Very interesting idea, mate! :)

November Review

An extremely good month for us as we won every single game in November. In November a mass exodus of players took place, with 15 first team players, all foreign were released on free transfers. A list that included stars Dida, Diarra and Owomoyela. But despite this 2 players joined the team, Sheffield United's George Willis on a free transfer and former QPR and Wigan centre back Fitz Hall joined on a free transfer. We also made a healthy profit of £4.14M in the month of November with merchandise income amounted to £54,250 after 1003 shirts were sold. Also we actually have a chance of making the Champions League Last 16 after wins against SL Benfica and Napoli. My new signing Damien Reeves came 3rd in November player of the month with Kanouté coming 2nd and released Owomoyela coming 1st. I also won manager of the month for November.

You're doing very well mate!
CaptainBA: Thanks!

AAN: Thanks mate!

Jackson: Nimely will leave in January

Neil Jackson has today told the press that 2nd top scorer Alex Nimely will leave in January. The news comes after months of controversy surrounding Nimely wanting a move to a bigger team. Jackson admits Nimely's lack of maturity and respect towards the club, fans and staff is appalling.

"Sure, he might be a good player. An excellent player. But he has this huge ego and me and the rest of the backroom and playing staff don't like it. We have sold so many players in August and there's a few heading out in January already, we've paid off three quarters of the debt, we've brought in Reeves who's become a star since he joined we can afford to bring in a good player and develop him into a brilliant one, like we've done with Nimely actually or we can use our excellent youth resources and pick a youth player. I can guarantee you, if he goes to a Premier League side he won't be half as effective and will be bench-warming almost 90% of the time there. He'll become a journeyman and I'm not too bothered if that happens, it's his decision after all.

Nimely has been a class act for City alongside strike partner Frédéric Kanouté, scoring 14 goals in 15 matches in the Skrill North for the table toppers but these harsh words from his manager is bound to affect that in the upcoming games.

Very good results mate, congrats'!
Cosmin: Thanks mate :)

December Review

So in December we brought in 3 new signings to bolster the promotion campaign and preparations for the Skrill Premier. These signings were Aaron Martin, £26,000 from Premier League side Southampton, Cauley Woodrow on loan from Fulham and John Marquis on loan from Millwall. Only Martin has made his début so far. But results-wise we remained unbeaten in the league but were knocked out of the F.A Cup by Rochdale and Champions League by Atlético Madrid, with Benfica nicking the 2nd place spot which means I will play against Braga in the round of 32 in the Europa League. Also doing well is our finances. We made a profit of £2.14M in December which brings our total income this season to £119,054,760 and our expenditure this season to a total of £23,676,862. We have also gained a very healthy 16 point lead on joint 2nd place Solihull Moors, Worcester and Colwyn Bay.

You've actually done quite well in the CL
