Really good performances mate, keep it up!
Cosmin: Cheers mate :)

7 Head Out Of Man City

It's only the 4th January but Man City have already confirmed the departures of 7 players. Neil Jackson's controversial new rule of no foreigners at the club has seemed to come in place with the only foreign player left in the team is Malian top scorer Frédéric Kanouté who has a total of 29 goals in 36 games, with 23 of them coming in league games. So lets take a look of who has departed the Citizens so far this January:

Mathias Bossaerts - £40,000 to Lokeren

Eirik Johansen - Free to Bristol City

Godsway Donyoh - Free to Brentford

Marcos Lopes - £97,000 to AS Monaco

Bismark Adjei-Boateng - £100,000 to Birmingham City

Alex Nimely-Tchuimeni - £8,000,000 to Swansea City

Reece Wabara - £2,200,000 to Leeds United

Money Made: £10,437,000

Kanouté Departs

Star Man City striker Frédéric Kanouté has completed his transfer from Skrill North leaders to Premier League side Cardiff City for a fee of £20,000.

Kanouté only stayed for half-a-season but has made a huge impact on getting the club who were struggling at the start of the season to table toppers with a very impressive 25 goals in 24 games in the league for the Citizens. City obviously knew Kanouté was on the brink of leaving as they have brought in 3 new strikers in Nottingham Forest's Matt Derbyshire, Southampton's Lee Barnard and Blackpool's Nathan Eccleston for a combined fee of £46,000 and City already have on loan Cauley Woodrow and Damien Reeves who has been a class act since he joined.

January Review

Just another one of those months. Winning all 9 games in January, the team is definitely coping with the loss of Alex Nimely-Tchuimeni and Reece Wabara very well with Barnard, Derbyshire, Woodrow and especially Damien Reeves who won Player of the Month this month with a current record of 17 goals in 16 matches in the league and 21 goals in 20 games in all competitions. Also we have only been missing Freddie Kanouté 4 matches but we had no problem scoring in those games, scoring a total of 14 goals since the 18th of January (when Kanouté left). We've taken a massive 32 point lead on 2nd place, we may as well just take the trophy now! The total amount of money spent during the January period was £404,824 and from players being sold we made a grand total of £11,195,400. This month we made a profit of £10.96M

This is the most ingenious idea i've ever seen on this website. i'll be hanging out for more updates. you'll be a god if you get promotion in every season
very good signings mate! and also, great sellings, you've made a lot of money!
kdavva: Thanks mate! I'll be doing my best :)

AAN: Thanks, making money is the most important thing for me now especially for when I start moving up leagues.

City to buy Etihad

Manchester City have made a huge step forward into sustaining the clubs future after plans were revealed by General Manager Rob Taylor to buy back the clubs City of Manchester stadium that was sold off to an unknown off-shore company in the midst of the financial implosion at the start of the current season.

The decision comes after months of healthy profit from the Manchester side with estimates of over £120 million income so far this season if rumours are to be believed. The club has made £70M in transfers since the start of the season following sales David Silva and Sergio Aguero at the start of the season, spending a tiny £644,000 to replace them.

The news comes as a huge boost for City fans across the world as it shows that the club has good intentions following a series of bad decisions from the past owners.

That´s great! :)
Jonte: I know! :) Thanks for following

Youth Intake

So our youth intake this year has been nothing short of successful. Our youth recruitment staff have picked 16 players from around Britain and have found 2 foreigners, one Italian and one South African and they are eligible to play under the new rules I have implied at the club as they have come through our youth academy which means we are allowed to keep them. Two of the players spotted have already moved up to the first team, those players are English striker Nigel Griffiths and Massimo Antolini, an Italian centre back:

15 year old Nigel Griffiths already has insane finishing and dribbling attributes as well as amazing team work, work rate and pace to get away from defenders, he will be able to be a star at this level.

Antolini already has great mental attributes to combat his great tackling and heading skills as well as amazing strength and bravery. We need some brave players in our team and I can already see him being a regular starter.

There are also other fantastic youth players but they just aren't ready for a step up to the competitive nature that first team football is, four players that stand out are:

Chokoe is the other foreigner in the intake and if a first team full back is to be injured or suspended he can step up to play at both sides as he is natural in both departments. He is a future captain for me as well as at the raw age of 15, he has 20 leadership.

Another full back. Bradbury has already showed signs of a first team footballer, he has a lot of pace, can cross a ball in and can tackle when needed. He also comes from Manchester which could mean a lot for us and is an open Manchester City supporter.

Good passing in a central midfielder is greatly appreciated and Mario has that. I expect him to impress in the youth team and make a name for himself in the future. He was born in Manchester like Bradbury but is half Italian which explains his first name Mario.

Finally, Allan Gallagher. I can see Gallagher partnering Nigel Griffiths next season and onwards if he impresses in the youth team. He has great determination which could mean speeding up his development as a player. For a striker of 16 years old he already has awesome finishing which is key in an attacker. He has been compared to Damien Reeves who has scored 33 goals in 30 games since joining and is a supporter of Manchester City since being a young lad growing up on the streets of Manchester.
i though you would only take one foreigner from the youth intake? won't you have to choose between chokoe and antolini?
kdavva: Will be releasing an update on who I'm keeping soon

Foreigner Leaves City

Due to the new rules in place by Manchester City manager Neil Jackson, one of the two foreigners from the most recent youth intake will be released or sold.

Read on to find out who has been released...

"It is with great displeasure that I have to make a decision on who I need to get rid of out of Massimo (Antolini) and Thabiso (Chokoe). To keep in line with the recent rules which do not allow more than 1 foreign player to come in and none to come in on a transfer I must pick a player to release. I announce that with sympathy, Massimo Antolini will leave the club either immediately or in the near future and Thabiso Chokoe to stay with us. It was an incredibly tough choice but I felt we had enough centre backs at the club and I was adamant that the club will keep on producing more quality centre backs in the future and maybe the chance of purchasing one. I felt that Chokoe offered more to the squad as good full backs are rare these days and I fully believe that Chokoe will improve tons in the future.

Transfer Update

A lot of transfer business have developed over the past few months here with 5 players coming into the club.

Andy Little - Free from Rangers

Nathaniel Wedderburn - Free from Cowdenbeath

Jonathan Page - Free from Morton

Rhys Bennett - £51,000 from Rochdale

Emile Heskey - £8,000 from West Ham United
