Haha, got it on repeat ;)

February-March Review

In these two months we managed to win the league. Inevitable if I may say so myself. But with the series of events that turned the club around it is also something to be proud of. We've managed to win the league with the youth and reserve team followed up by a group of half-decent has-beens. It is quite annoying that after just over £70,000,000 income from transfer fees plus the weight of their wages, only £1,500,000 of that has been spent on replacing those players but being a fan and manager of my team its important doing what's best for us and that's repaying the debts that have haunted us for most of this season. Thankfully, the players brought up were quality and to be promoted is our first step to return to the Premier League. I know that I will be given a very handy transfer budget as we have stepped up a league and I need more money but to be honest, I'm confident that the players I have right now are good enough to get us a second consecutive promotion.

Now, as the conference transfer window goes on for longer than the professional leagues I have made a few more signings, preparing us for next years challenge of a promotion to League 2. You could say I've gone OTT with the quantity of the players brought in but next season players will be leaving, for sure. So, here are the latest transfer dealings since January:

End of Season Overview

What a great season. Profits, trophies, goals and joy. My soldiers have just officially lifted the Skrill North trophy. Not the most glamorous trophy ever but still a trophy. This gives us the confidence to go one further. To the Sky Bet League 2.

65 games, 53 won, 4 drawn, 8 lost, 190 goals for, 42 goals against, 81% win percentage. I honestly couldn't ask for more, we have broken 3 English league records, we won 119 points beating the previous record of 106 by Reading in the 2005-06 season, we were level with the record for most goals scored in a season with the other team holding the record is Peterborough who scored 134 goals in the Fourth Division in the 1960-61 season, we conceded the least goals in one season, conceding 12 with the last record held by Preston North End in the 1888-89 season, their invincible season and Chelsea in the 2004-05 season. Finally we achieved the largest goal difference by a huge +51 goal gap on the previous record holders, Chelsea who had a +71 goal difference in the 2009-10 season, we earned a +122 goal difference.

Also, the official profits for the season were announced by the General Manager Rob Taylor and Director of Football Pete Hannah. We had made a huge profit of around £38.5M, 38 percent of our turnover which was £101M. Detailed accounts will be presented to the shareholders at the AGM next month.

Onto awards, Damien Reeves won the Player of the Year award, which were voted by Skrill North managers, he also won top goalscorer, scoring 42 goals in 38 games, 27 out of 26 coming in the league.

I also won Manager of the Year, again voted by Skrill North managers. I voted for Colwyn Bay player/manager Frank Sinclair who used to play for Chelsea.

Back to finances, our purchase of the stadium has been finally completed according to General Manager Rob Taylor. This means we will stop having to worry about paying the rent as it is our property now.

I think you should've kept the Italian centre-back, as his determination is a lot better than the South African's player, and that means he'll have more of a chance to develop faster. Nevertheless, both are and look amazing. Good luck next season!
great results buddy! keep it up and you'll be in the prem before you know it :)
Pauker: True, but I chose the full back because the odds of finding a good centre back is better than finding a good full-back

TodayAtTomorrow: Thanks mate! :)

Thanks for following!

Loanees Will Not Sign - Jackson

Manchester City boss Neil Jackson has confirmed that current loanees Mitch Hancox and Cauley Woodrow will not sign permanently for the Citizens.

Both players have made a huge impact on Man City's promotion season this year with left-back Mitch Hancox, on loan from Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City making an immense 54 appearances in all competitions, scoring 4 goals with 3 assists and an average rating this season of 7.65, that stat winning 3 Man of the Match's. At the other end of the pitch is striker Cauley Woodrow, on loan from Fulham. He has played in 16 games for the Citizens, scoring 8 goals and 8 assists. He won 2 Man of the Match's with an average rating of 7.55 since joining on the 30th of December 2013.

With Hancox's value reportedly being over £4M and Woodrow's just short of £2M you may start to question is there a cheaper option? as it is no secret that Man City's financial position isn't exactly stable despite the £38.5M profit made this season.

Big Names Head Out

To keep a club alive you must be making profits, either that or a billionaire owner takes over.

Manchester City used to have the freedom of a billionaire owner until Sheik Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a former saviour of Man City turned into one of the biggest financial calamity's ever in English football, bringing Man City from the top of England to the foot of the Skrill North. Now Man City must rely on making profits every day, week, month and year to make sure the club is stabilised. Intentions that the club were safe were made when City bought back the City of Manchester Stadium, Commercially known as the Etihad Stadium at the end of last season.

But just because they bought back their ground doesn't mean that they can start losing money again. At this time, Man City are only just on the way out of this financial mismanagement. They cannot trust a chairman to be involved with the club so they are sticking to a General Manager, Rob Taylor and a fan as manager, Neil Jackson to keep the wages low.

To make profits it may mean sacrificing a star player which is what City have had to do with several players over the last week but have replaced them with two decent players.

Season 2014-15: Promotion

Another successful season for us as we gain our second consecutive promotion, this time we enter the Football League for the first time since 2001 when we gained promotion to the Premier League after winning the Championship by coming 1st with 99 points. We have gotten over 100 points in the past two seasons when I was in charge but now comes the difficulty. Many newly promoted teams that come from the Conference struggle after a few seasons.

I will be doing my best to prevent that and I plan to take Manchester City to the very top.

Champions of Europe with a team full of Britons holding that prestigious piece of silverware every European team dreams of. The title of Champions, the title of winners!

Sure, I may be getting carried away, we're only in League 2 for God sake! But this team, this club has potential. More than it ever had before because we've gone through the pain, the pain makes us stronger. We were spoon fed with overpaid foreigners, picking up their sky-high wage packet before buggering off to a side that will meet his shocking financial demands.

This team doesn't think like that, this team is my team. We don't pay high prices for foreigners. We pay the money needed to bring in a fellow Brit, whether that be for free, ten million, twenty million. Whatever! We spend money wisely from now on. We make money now instead of lose it. This is the new Manchester City.

Welcome to the 2014-15 Season:
