Welcome, all to my Liverpool FC Story!
In this tale, I will be looking to bring through the promising youth at Anfield just now, as well as moving towards a side which is entirely Homegrown, be that in nation, or at club.
In terms of signings and contract renewals, I have set a rule upon myself, in that only players who are Homegrown, or who will become Homegrown, may be offered contracts, and indeed, no incoming transfers may be made, except in exceptional circumstances (ie, no acceptable player in any squad for the level we are playing at)

Training Facilities: Superb
Youth Facilities: Great
Junior Coaching: Average
Youth Recruitment: Established
Youth Setup Category: 1

Overall, this is a good infrastructure to be moving on with, and i'm very content; with my lack of incoming transfers, the club should very quickly build up appropriate funds to increase the facilities, and keep them at the highest level.


My next update, will look at the prospects currently at the club, and how we intend to move forwards with them.

Nice update, lad! Make sure you send Ojo out on loan or tutour him etc...He develops really well, really fast!!

ladette* yeah, i've got him leading the line for the u21s just now, and just figuring out who to get to tutor him; any reccomendations?

awesome man, i've got him tutoring Chirivella for the AMC role just now, but i'll give Ojo him after that

Also; quick question - do you guys want me to do monthly updates, or half-season updates (December and End of season) which will be broken into monthly 'spoiler' tags with results, scorers and MotM for each game?

I know, it wasn't great I used it to give the youngsters a chance and everything, and avoided using Suarez cause of his ban...i'll do a half-season up till December, and then monthly after that, because i've not noted down players of the month etc as yet Next update either tonight or tomorrow

I prefer Monthly updates:P Also, not the best Pre-Season, hopefully you pick yourself up in the league. If you don't...Use a 4-1-3-2 formation! I did and look where I am:P
