No transfers mate; self-imposed condition...hoping that i'll get another season or so out of the non HG players, and a respectable finish, and then afterwards the HG side take over...

that's the plan anyway

Season 2013-14 Awards

Fans Player of the Year: Martin Skrtel
Top Scorer: Iago Aspas (11)
Most Assists: Iago Aspas (13)

Season 2013-14 Best Eleven

I'm really happy with that: 5 HG Players in the First XI, and 9 In the squad overall; a good indicator of where we stand going forwards!

Season Expectations: 2014/15

That's a lot of money not to spend....
Aspas had an amazing season!

He really did...i'm gutted he doesn't count as HG; I could really do with keeping him! I'm still trying to figure out how to get the best out of Sturridge as a lone striker :(
for me played well both as false nine and advanced forward :)

Sorry mate, I missed that!
No worries :) Just getting set up for the new season; thanks for all your support guys, really means a lot; i've posted a few stories before and had no feedback at all :( (On other sides, obviously), hopefully y'all keep reading :)
Norwich finished 4th and Suarez only scored 9 goals? skrtel scored more than him lmao :P

Preseason Tour: America 2014
This season, during the World Cup, we took the homegrown players to a training camp in America, to get them match-ready for this season, although I messed up and took Brad Jones instead of Ryan Fulton, and missed out Andre Wisdom...Still, some really encouraging performances

For most of the pre-season tour, this was my line-up

Also, if anyone's interested:

My next update will contain the second-half of pre-season; a tour of Trinidad and Tobagot o ease our squad together, and allow our World Cup participants to recover!
Wow, amazing results in pre-season, congrats', I'm waiting the 2nd part.

I know, it was strange...hopefully he does better this season when I play him (If i don't sell him....ooooh, transfer drama!)
Sorry guys, been having some technical issues; next update should be up later on tonight

2nd half of pre-season; Results

There were some really tidy performances in here...i've given the team a week off to prepare for the opening month of the season, which looks pretty tough, truth be told!

In terms of transfers, our only news so far is the departure of Oussama Assaidi, who moved to Stoke for £3.4m...Bayern and Barca have both been sniffing around Suarez and Lucas, but nobody has tabled a formal bid as yet

In terms of outgoing loans, we have a fair few players away from the club right now, and the screenshot below gives you a rundown of who's playing where, and their potential etc!

41 goals in 7 games... Not bad ;)
