Wonder-Kid Duo Join Atletico

Fans of Atletico have once again received wonderful news from their clubs business in the transfer market, with two of the most promising attackers in Europe joining up with the club. 19 year old Viktor Fischer, formerly of Ajax and 22 year old Alexandre Lacazette, formerly of Lyon have today joined Aidan Legend in Atletico's quest for La Liga superiority.

Fischer experienced many trophies at Ajax, and hopes to continue the trend

"I am very happy to be here, playing for the reigning La Liga champions. I want to thank Aidan for the opportunity to play here, and I can't wait to join the boys at training, and to settle in here in Spain. Together, I believe Atletico has the power to win as many trophies as they please." - Viktor Fischer

Viktor Fischer has been playing competitive football for Ajax first team since 2012, where he firmly cemented his position in the team, becoming one of the best prospects in European football, and one of the best players in the Eredivisie. Fischer has made 47 appearances for the Dutch side, scoring 13 goals. Viktor has also represented his country, Denmark at youth and senior level, where he has received six international caps. Viktor rejected appealing offers from Chelsea, United, City and Inter Milan to join the Spanish team, where he believes he can receive first team football and win trophies. Viktor Fischer arrived at the club for a fee of £18m, and he will be receiving £22,000 per week during his time at the club. Fischer will be filling the vacant LAM/LW role.

Alexandre Lacazette swaps France for Spain

"I am over the moon to have been given the opportunity to play for the champions of arguably the best league in the world. To come here, and play with some of my idols like Mario Mandzukic is a dream. I want to thank Aidan for allowing me to come here, and I wish to win as many titles as we possibly can here at this great club." - Alexandre Lacazette

Alexandre has spent his whole life playing football and living in France. Alexandre has played for Lyon since 2003, coming up through their youth system, before hitting the first team in 2010, where he has made 107 appearances, scoring 27 goals. Alexandre became an integral part of the squad that was consistently in the top end of the domestic league, and playing in the Champions League. Lacazette has represented France from the U16 division to the U21 division, as well as making two appearances for the senior squad. Alexandre Lacazette joined the club for a fee of £4m, and he will be earning £28,000 per week during his time at the club.

"I am looking to build for the future with this Atletico squad, and with the young talent being brought in such as Viktor and Alexandre, it looks to be a promising time. I am very excited to see that both of these players have shown their determination to do well at the club, and I share this feeling with them, as I wish to see them succeed. Welcome Viktor and Alexandre." - Aidan Legend
