The Chance To Become World Beaters

From Bad To Worse For Shinji

Just when Kagawa thought it couldn't get any worse....... THEY HAVE.

Kagawa coming out of the police station in Belgium

Today Belgian Police arrested the Japanese star on Tuesday for assault but since then another belgian woman came forward with an allegation of sexual assault. The unnamed 64 year old woman said that Kagawa, 24 had been very forceful and she hoped he was getting what was coming to him.

The Japanese star and his legal team were unavailable for comment but if you thought his future at Anderlecht was on a knife-edge before, well it is surely well and truly over now.

Francis de Launay of the federal police today said in a statement Mr. Kagawa has been arrested on sexual and physical assault charges and will face court later this week. He will NOT be granted bail and we are treating these with the upmost importance and we will give another statement after the court hearing later this week.

One thing is for sure, Shinji Kagawa will not be playing football any time soon and with these charges, who in there right mind would want to sign him!
Wow, if this ever leaks out into the real world press Shinji is gonna be livid, watch your back... his next victim could be you ;)
Kagawa the rapist? LOL

i luv crusti pie
Ziechael Yeah hahaha

Icarus I was laughing out loud when i read that haha

The Chance To Become World Beaters

Del Piero: I will Buy Belgian Mainly In January

With Anderlecht selling so many Belgians pre-season that it has led to the Italian manager to come out and say he is looking for top draw Belgian players to help the home grown talent bit, which will mean that some players will also be sold too.

So here on Sky Sports News we look at the players he might buy and the players he might sell.

Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku could be a possibility to boost the amount of Belgian players at Anderlecht. The Striker, 20 is currently playing for PSV in Holland but has had a few sides look at him this season as players look to migrate from the Dutch league and moving 'home' to Belgium could be a option. The cost might put Anderlecht off though as it is though PSV are looking for upwards of £36,000,000. At the moment only CSKA Sofia of Bulgaria, BATE of Belarus and Dundalk of Ireland are willing to match the valuation so it is thought he is a long shot.

Thorgan Hazard

To us this seems an absolute no brainer as he is one of a few players to yet have been picked up by a club but has interest from Lille in France, Standard and Club Brugge in Belgium and Ludogarets in Bulgaria. Hazard though who is also 20 would get a lot more opportunities at Anderlecht and we expect him to be one of the 'Belgian' signings that Del Piero is looking to make.

Toby Alderweireld

Moribor central defender Toby Alderweireld is another player that Anderlecht manager Allessandro Del Piero should look at. Alderweireld, who is 24 is currently captain or the Slovenian side but it is thought they would cash in on a bid of about £9,000,000 which could be an amazing signing for the Belgian side if they were able to sign him. Anderlecht could have competition for his signature from rivals Genk and Lierse.

Kevin Mirallas

With Basel struggling in the Swiss Superleague, they could look to cash in on some of there star players. Anderlecht could do a lot worse than Kevin Mirallas, the 26 year old could be available for around £22,000,000 but in our view and the amount of money each club have, we think that a club like Partizan Belgrade or Ludogarets could come in with a mega offer. We think that 2 of these four would be sufficient for Anderlecht to buy.

Next Update: Who could leave
Alderwield and Mirallas please. 9m+22m = Cheap

The Chance To Become World Beaters

Anderlecht have had an amazing November but the Uefa Champions League needs some addressing. The month belonged to Ronaldo and Will Hughes, Cristiano Ronaldo you really expect him to be awesome but in Will Hughes a young Englishman who has came over to Belgium with a glowing reputation in England but to prove himself in a foreign country and the fact he has been overlooked by England Manager Roy Hodgson is a scandal according to the press. So onto the months matches.

The first match of the month was against Charleroi and Will Hughes had his best match in a Paars-wit shirt by scoring one, causing a own goal and setting up Kouyate. In the 6th minute Will Hughes hit a scorching 30 yard shot to make it 1-0. Charleroi then got one back with an own goal by Courtois.

Hughes then went on a mazy run and his cross hit mandanda and bounced in the goal to make it 2-1 to Anderlecht. Hughes they whipped in a cross for Kouyate to head home to make it 3-1 and Alba finished it off to record a comfortable 4-1 victory.

Up next was Zenit and Hulk hit all four goals to record a 4-1 victory for the Russians. Will Hughes got the consolation goal but anderlecht are left to struggle. This is now going to be a very, very difficult group to get out of, we have let ourselves down this season in the Champions League and my flops had better buck up for get the hell out of the squad. said a very irate Del Piero at the end of the match.

Anderlecht did bounce back and were very comfortable winners with Neymar getting the hosts of to the perfect start in just the 3rd minute with a 12 yard shot. Mons then scored 2 to take the lead before half time after a double from Israeli striker Arbeitman. If you thought that Anderlecht would faulter, think again and whatever was said at half time worked a treat Will Hughes scored yet another long range effort to make it 2-2 but his best goal was just about to come and it was the perfect team goal started by Giroud who fed Griezmann, sub for Ronaldo and he gave it to Mitrovic who with the outside of his foot fed Hughes who dinked it over the keeper to give Anderlecht the lead and the match was finished off in the 60th minute when Giroud scored a header.

They then thrashed KV Mechelen with Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic bagging two and Giroud again scoring. We were awesome today, Cristiano and Will were amazing and although I was glad to score it really is a team effort and we are going to go from strength to strength. said Giroud.

Real Madrid then played Anderlecht where if they lost they would be out of the competition so it was such an important match and when Madrid took the lead it did not look good for them but Oliver Giroud, who had been awesome in the last 5 games equalised and when Ronaldo scored a penalty in the second half Anderlecht looked on the way to a memorable victory but Real Madrid equalised on the 88th minute but it left Anderlecht still in the competition.

Lastly this month Anderlecht made a trip to Lokeren in what was the most entertaining match of the season so far where Anderlecht came out on top in a goal extravaganza.

With neither side concentrating on defence, the goals flowed freely at both ends and the crowd will have gone home happy at the entertainment provided.

Powerful striker Alvaro Negrado got Anderlecht off to a flyer with a well timed close range finish on 5 minutes. Portugal captain Ronaldo doubled Anderlecht's lead with a powerful effort on 15 minutes.

Centre-back Guram Kashia almost gifted Anderlecht another goal on 23 minutes but that was all forgotten when Shane Long pulled one back after 27 minutes with a deftly executed finish.

Neymar scored with a placed shot in the 35th minute to make it 3-1. Long then put Lokeren back in with a shout on the 39th minute with an accurate finishfrom inside the penalty area but it was too little, too late.

Winger Alexis Sanchez then made it 4-2 with an incisive finish from 19 yards on 52 minutes. Belgium Under 21's captain Hans Vanaken gave Lokeren a consolation goal on the 83rd minute but it was a fantastic match and no one wanted it to end.

Pro League Table

Anderlecht are 6 points clear at the top of the Jupiler Pro League with Club Brugge, genk and Lierse trying to close the gap.

Champions League Table

It comes down to the 6th and final round of matches, Real Madrid play in form Zenit and Anderlecht should defeat Leverkusen.

Player Of The Month

This was a absolute no brainer this month as Will Hughes has been on fire and has scored a hatfull of goals and also assisted in his fair share too. It is a known fact he is first on the teamsheet at the moment.
After taking a look at your fixtures I knew Will Hughes would be player of the month, good job on the update you've been working really hard! Being first on the table is always reassuring too, GL in CL tho.

The Chance To Become World Beaters

We can today reveal that Jose Mourinho has become the latest manager to move abroad by going to manage Gornik Zabrze. As the banner shows him holding a gun in this spoof for the fans to know that Mourinho is ready for the fans, if and when they turn on him. The side are 9th in Ekstraklasa and Mourinho says he can not wait for the transfer window because he is going to be buying big.

This club needs the players to boost its position, we are nowhere near the bottom but also nowhere near the top either so it is my job to win everything with them and I will do this in just three years and then move on again.

Who Are Gornik Zabrze?

Górnik Zabrze (Polish pronunciation: [ˈɡurɲiɡ ˈzabʐɛ]) is a Polish football club from Zabrze. The club has won numerous championships, and was a dominant force in the 1960s and 1980s. At present Górnik has won the most titles in Poland football. The club plays in a white or dark blue-red kit, and is based at the Ernest Pohl Stadium. Their main local rival is Ruch Chorzów.

The club was founded in 1948, three years after Polish borders had moved westward and the city of Zabrze (until then called Hindenburg) became part of the Polish Republic. Górnik was patterned after several smaller sports associations that had existed in Zabrze between 1945 and 1948 - KS Zjednoczenie, KS Pogon, KS Skra, KS Concordia. The clubs merged into a single organization, which took the name "Górnik", the Polish word for "Miner", reflecting the fact that Zabrze was an important coal-mining centre.

In 1950 Górnik joined the Opole Silesia regional league. In 1952 the club was promoted to the Polish Second Division. Their first game in the second tier was against Skra Częstochowa, and was witnessed by 20,000 fans, with Górnik winning 5-1. The whole season was very successful and Górnik finished second overall, behind Górnik Wałbrzych.

The club was promoted to the top division in 1955. In their first game in the top flight Górnik beat local rivals Ruch Chorzów 3-1, with 25,000 in attendance; the club finished the season in 6th place.

In 1957, just a year after promotion, Górnik won its first championship of Poland. The team, with star, Ernest Pohl, was third in 1958, to regain the crown in 1959 and 1961, together with such players as Stanislaw Oslizlo and Hubert Kostka. In 1961 Górnik for the first time appeared in European Cups, losing in the first round to Tottenham Hotspur.

The next championship, won in 1963, marked the beginning of an unusual streak of five consecutive titles (1963, 64, 65, 66 and 67), which is a Polish record.

Górnik's biggest success in European football took place in 1970 (even though in Poland the team was second, after Legia Warsaw). In the UEFA Cup Winners Cup, Gornik beat all their opponents - Olympiacos, Rangers, Levski Sofia and AS Roma, reaching the final, which took place in Vienna. There, Manchester City turned out to be the better team, winning 2-1. The following season Górnik would once again play Manchester City, with the 1970 final being repeated this time in the quarter-final.

During the mid-1970s Górnik form deteriorated and in late spring of 1978, the team was relegated to the Second Division. However, it returned after one year and in games of 1979-80, Zabrze's side finished sixth. In 1984, after purchasing of a group of talented players (Ryszard Komornicki, Waldemar Matysik, Eugeniusz Cebrat, Andrzej Zgutczyński, Tadeusz Dolny, Andrzej Pałasz), Gornik finished fourth, which was a sign of better times.

Between 1985 and 1988 Górnik again marked a magnificent streak, with four consecutive championships. Zabrze's side also played versus renowned European powerhouses, such as Bayern Munich, Anderlecht, Hamburger SV, Juventus and Real Madrid.

In 1994 Górnik competed again for the title and with players as Jerzy Brzęczek, Grzegorz Mielcarski, Tomasz Wałdoch, hopes were high. Before the last round of the league the standings at the top were: Legia 47 points and Górnik 45 points. Since the two teams were to face each other in Warsaw, Górnik still had a chance to win the title. However the game ended in a 1-1 tie which gave Legia the crown. Before Legia scored the goal which gave her the title (the score 0-1 would mean the title for Gornik), the referee of the match - Mr Redzinski - sent off one by one 3 players from Gornik's squad, and Gornik had to finished match with only 8 players against 11 players of Legia. It was the last match in Mr Redzinski's career.

In the same year Górnik played its last so far game in European Cups, losing to Admira Wacker Vienna.

In the spring of 2007 Górnik got a new sponsor - German insurance company Allianz. However, after finishing 16th in the Ekstraklasa in 2008-09, the club was relegated to the Polish First League, the 2nd level of Polish football, during the 2009-10 season. In June 2010, the club earned promotion back to the Ekstraklasa for the 2010-11 season.

One thing is for sure, Mourinho has not gone there just for the money, he wants to win the title and quick.
I've never heard of them before, but one thing I know - that picture of Mourinho is hilarious.

Mirallas Watches Zulte Weregem Match

Mirallas was at the match

Kevin Mirallas, a January target for Belgian side Anderlecht was spotted at Regenboogstadion on Saturday, giving the biggest hint yet that he is interested in a move away from current club Basel in Switzerland.

The midfielder who has starred in Basel's largely disappointing campaign so far has hit 4 goals and 3 assists in 11 appearances for the Swiss side but has apparently fallen out with manager Ricardo Moniz and has failed to show up for training several times this season too. Speaking after the game Mirallas played down the reasons why he was watching Anderlecht.

I am here as a football fan and I was kind of hoping Anderlecht would slip up but unfortunatly did not, however I am looking to move away from Basel but I would prefer to stay in Switzerland as me and my family are very settled and would love to move to somewhere like Zurich.

We got the impression that he was being very coy on the Anderlecht talk and there was a lot he was not telling us but Del Piero gave nothing away either.

He was here? Really? No I had no idea and I do not know why but maybe he can tell you?
Awesome story so far man. Also these pictures just add the icing on the cake xD Perfect choices.
