The World Is Not Enough
F******k, not the best of months. However, you can't expect instant brilliance after promotion.
Tallery Yeah.. ik
Feliks It wasn't the best set of results but I think we just need to hit a bit of form and bounce back.

Argentine Prospect Signs On

Juan Malerba has joined Hermandad Gallega today
Argentine central defender Juan Malerba has been officially presented as a Hermandad Gallega player at a press conference with chairman Johan James this afternoon, and the youngster says he is excited to begin a new chapter in his career.
Juan Malerba is not a name known to most Venezuelan football fans but in Argentina he is relatively well known. The former River Plate, Linica de Bahia and Olimpo player joined on a free transfer from the latter and comes with not a lot of experience.
As a mad River supporter, Malerba was released from the club he loved at an early age but managed to forge a decent career in his native country's lower leagues where he put in some promising performances.
That lead to 'Los Gallegos' capturing their man and the Argentine revealed he can't wait to pull on the club's jersey.
"I know I'm not a huge name, and I'm young and that I won't walk straight into the first team," commented Malerba, "But I believe that Mr. Bond will offer me a chance and I can't wait to prove to him and the fans of the club that I am a good player and that I will always work hard in a Hermandad Gallega shirt."
It is unknown whether Malerba will be rushed straight into the starting lineup for the away trip to Arroceros de Calabozo, but after disappointing defensive performances one of Deibis Alfaro or Geder Barrios could be sacrificed.
A very exciting prospect there. Perhaps a little too small to play in central defence but I'm sure you won't have an issue with him in your squad

Justice Hopefully his height won't be a problem because other than that he looks a good defender at such a young age.

December 2015: The Turnaround

Merry Christmas: Los Gallegos improved in December
After November's dire performance we only had one month to recover before the new year arrived with all of it's stresses and packed fixture lists. An early win would set the tone for a solid month where we could hopefully pick up points that we'd lost the month before.
December Results

One win was all we needed. And that one win arrived in our away trip to Arroceros de Calabozo, whom we triumped over in a true ding-dong battle. Two goals either side of half time from that man Reyes and in-form Archila meant it was 2-2, but Reyes added his second of the game with just over twenty minutes remaining and midfielder Johnny Aranguren put the icing on the cake to seal a much-needed confidence-boosting, form-changing win.
The next game was set to be a little tougher as Angostura are a good side. But Jesús Reyes popped up twice, once in each half, to rescue a point. Despite being a tad lazy and laid back his input is so much needed, it's a shame he's not talking about a new contract (due to a bloody bug, thanks SI!) but I'm hopeful of securing a new deal before he moves for nothing.
Geder Barrios got things started off against U.A Falcón from a corner fifteen minutes in and youngster Dervis Barrera looked to have sealed matters twelve minutes from time. However our opposition gave us a scare with a consolation goal but we held on to add another tree points to our tally.
The second half of the season began at Estudiantes de Caracas and we went down early on and I was hopeful of pulling something back. After a fairly rough start to his 'Los Gallegos' Marcelo Borges delighted me by driving home his first goal. It's taken time, but it's here and it capped off an inspirational month for our Brazilian.
December Table

An undefeated month means we push up to 14th again and build a little security between us and the relegation zone, which we are eight points clear of. We have to keep picking up wins, however, because any loss of form could end with us being in there.
December Player of the Month

Marcelo Borges takes this award because he showed some valiant performances and repaid the faith I kept in him to make an impact. His form prior to his first goal was pretty disappointing and I thought we might have a flop on our hands, but patience is a virtue and we gave him time and he eventually shone.
Transfer Talk

Due to asking Reyes to lower his wage demands the club icon is now mad at me and refuses to even go into negotiations for a new one. I promised he wouldn't be sold but *OOC* Sports Interactive makes this promise last for over 100 days, and I can't offer him a contract until that's done. That means he's now in that Bosman territory where anyone can pick him up for nothing... I'm not happy.
December results were a big improvement on results in November, so well done! If you can maintain these sort of performances, then I'm sure you will stay up. The Argentinian defender looks like a good signing too - nice work.
Tallery Yup
pompeyblue I think he'll add much needed depth and quality to our side. That 16 determination is a huge bonus in itself.

BREAKING: Reyes Signs With Tucanes del Amazonas

Reyes, 28, signs on a Bosman
Hermandad Gallega icon Jesús Reyes has officially signed with Liga Movistar club Tucanes del Amazonas, the club has confirmed on its website. The 28-year old, who is the club's all time top scorer, said he was upset to leave the club he loves but couldn't wait to play at a higher level.
Reyes, who scored 38 goals in just 33 games for Hermandad Gallega last season, has been their best player in their battle against relegation in the Segunda Venezolana, adding four goals in the last four games.
At 28 time is of the essence for Reyes, and the striker felt the time was right to leave, especially after a reported contract bust up with manager James Bond. Bond, who cut a disappointed figure to the press, will have to prepare for life after Reyes.
Strike partner Eduardo Cañas lacks the agility of his counterpart whereas Dervis Barrera isn't the talisman figure that his elder statesman is for 'Los Gallegos'.
The Venezuelan will join Tucanes del Amazonas on 1st of July 2016 and be ready for the new Liga Movistar season. If he can replicate his form from the lower divisions of Venezuela James Bond has suggested his mercurial striker is capable of a Venezuela call-up.
"I felt the time was right," Reyes told Diario Meridiano at a press conference in Puerto Ayuchuco. "I've enjoyed my time at Hermandad Gallega, a team I love and grew up supporting. But this new adventure with Tucanes del Amazonas promises to be one that will reap a lot of rewards for me and the club."
