Ancelotti reign ends in Boas

Today it was confirmed that Carlo Ancelotti the then manager of struggling side Burnley was fired with immediate effect. It is believed Ancelotti's poor performances, him selling a fan favorite in Danny Ings and him playing once of their best players out of position all had factors in this decision.

In a statement to one of our representatives a high ranking member of the board at Burnley had this to say "We wish Carlo the best and there is no hard feelings but I don't feel as though he was the right man for the job. We feel as though we wanted to give him time but if we did it would of resulted in relegation".

Although Burnley did not waste any time in getting a new manager as it was later confirmed that Burnley and West Ham had agreed an undisclosed fee for AVB to be the new Burnley manager.

In a statement on the clubs official site they have said "We are towards the end of the season and we needed to find a new manager swiftly to combat relegation and after seeing the wonders that he did at West Ham we feel Andre is our best shot". Does not sound too optimistic does it?

Now West Ham will be looking for a manager and it is believed Rafa Benitez might be the man for the job. He was spotted in London and it is believed it will only be a matter of time before he is confirmed.
