The 2018 World Cup Russia will kick off in 34 days.
We have an opportunity to produce topical World Cup content, either under a pure real-life football prism or give it a Football Manager spin.
Our 2014 World Cup content covered almost every participating team and we even delivered replica tactics for historical nations.
So, this is what I'm thinking. We'll create a content hub for WC2018, as in a dedicated area with all the relevant material we publish for it.
That may include the following content types:
- Players to watch
- Team Previews with a FM18 spin (sample preview)
- Real life opinion pieces on certain players (sample opinion)
- Replica tactics of current or historical national teams (sample tactic)
- FM18 simulations of the tournament (sample simulation)
- FM18 manager stories, if you're managing in the WC18 (sample story)
- World Cup graphic packs to use on FM
