Do you need a unique ID to donate? I thought you just did it here: http://www.fmscout.com/c-fm_genie_scout.html

Yeah, when you fill in there some number and go next, you see on the bottem of the page that Unique ID stuff.

I hade some issue with the version with Ads so i downloade the free version to another computer and try it on that one. It works. So i just fund the ID-number and then donated some bucks to GS.
And now im up and running.

I managed to get it working on a 3rd computer to get my id and donated but I still have the adverts etc. Where exactly does the link or whatever for the no-ads version come from? By email? And is it then possible to use the no-ads version on the previous computer?

Did you get a mail after you donated?
I donated trough paypal and i got a mail that from some company that i have pay to get GS no ads.

I donated trough ideal, got 2 mails, receipt for your payment and thank you for your donation! <FM Genie Scout Project>

Thats it :P I got the Unique ID from my brothers computer, but donated on my laptop. Hope (and almost know sure..) that this isnt the problem.
