V 1.11 won't run

Did you get a mail after you donated?
I donated trough paypal and i got a mail that from some company that i have pay to get GS no ads.

I donated trough ideal, got 2 mails, receipt for your payment and thank you for your donation! <FM Genie Scout Project>

Thats it I got the Unique ID from my brothers computer, but donated on my laptop. Hope (and almost know sure..) that this isnt the problem.

It should not be a problem. I did the same as you. But my girl friend good the link and key first becours she is the owner of our paypal account.

I hope you will get it soon.

Well, i got my FM Genie Scout, and it loads fine! Genie and my save game. But now i get an other problem; when i search my team or players, i get fake players who doesnt excist, doesnt be a member of the team etc.. I dont get the real names/players, both on savegame 10.2 and 10.3.

You have to sent a mail to Eugene with a SS of the problem and tell how you got it. Becours mine did the same and i sent a mail to him and he change my Id-number.
When you downloade the version to your brothers computer then GS is with a other ID-number then tou have now. So the ID you sent to Eugene is not good enough.

Sp just sent him a mail with a SS of the issue and your new ID-number.

Had to register just to share this. I downloaded v1.11 like all of you, and it just wouldn't load on my XP SP3. So I updated Java, Windows, everything I could think of and it still wouldn't work. And now a few days later I try it again and lo and behold it works. Done nothing else, haven't re-downloaded it, it just works. Very bizarre.

any updates? i really dont want another another few weeks for an update so the scout can actually work...

There's a post from Stam on another thread, saying Eugene is aware of the problems, didn't have a solution yet, but there might be another version in the future.

Reading between the lines I'd say he's working on it now.

What you can do are :

Find a computer where you can download the free version with ads. Run the program and if it works on that one then you going to find the id-number.
After that you clik in to this site to donate.

Then you will get a mail from Eugene with a link to download the version with out ads and a key.

I didt that and it works fin here.

Otherwise you have to wait for a new free version. So can you wait with out any complaining or do you want to use one of the best tools out there? Then make a small donate to a busy guy there are working his ass off for you guys.

Again for those who can't play: i had fault 3 (Vista): Genie Scout will crash on launch: no other details.
I donated a few bucks, got my non-ad verse and now i can play, with my old games and new ones!!
