Two very tough games this month coming, but apart from those some winnable games for sure. Playing the bottom two in the same month could be a good morale booster, assuming you get the win.
So so so so so so so so close to European qualification... YOU CAN DO IIIIIIIIIIIIIIT
This is real interesting, curious if you get to Europe
Still in with a great chance to get European Qualification! Come on you lions!
Tough fixtures nest month, hope that loss won't matter at the end of the season but again you're doing great!
Massive month coming up Griffo! Just have to focus on the winnable games!

Results

It was a great month of results for 1860 Munich, putting together their most successful month since their return to the Bundesliga. Starting with a massive upset victory over rivals Bayern Munich, 1860 Munich would then defeat SV Werder Bremen with Lisandru Tramoni leading the way collecting a brace.

Next up, 1860 Munich demolished Fortuna Dusseldorf by five goals in their biggest win since Daniel Bierofka took over as manager followed by a dramatic 1-0 victory over FC Koln with an injury time penalty converted by Robin Hack.

In the final match of the month, 1860 Munich were looking to make their way into the Champions League places with a win over Borussia Dortmund. In the final ten minutes with the score level, 1860 Munich defender Marco Kana was sent off for a two footed tackle which was followed by a goal in injury time from Chiquinho to give Borussia Dortmund the victory.

Bundesliga

The race for the Bundesliga title is heating up between Borussia Monchengladbach, Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig. The top four positions for Champions League qualification look set after Borussia Dortmund defeated 1860 Munich to give themselves a six-point lead with three matches remaining in the season.

At the bottom of the table, SV Werder Bremen, FC Augsburg & FC Koln all look set to be relegated to Bundesliga 2 while Hamburger SV have already been crowned champions of Bundesliga 2 and will to the top flight of German football for the first time since the 2017/18 season.

Player Of The Month

Robin Hack

Scoring five goals from five matches, Robin Hack led the way for 1860 Munich in an impressive run of form in April including a brace in the upset victory over rivals Bayern Munich. After being with the club for three seasons, despite issues with consistency, the 24-year-old has developed into a leading player from 1860 Munich.

Fixtures

J_ames & Eoin97: It certainly was very close but managed to find some form when it mattered.

tedbro20, ScottT, swanny8589, Jack, Justice, Wolf & NTBgaming: Europe is certainly in sight now, very exciting times.

Feliks: Glad to have you along for the ride.

TheLFCFan, OneMoreGame & samdwyer23: Tough games but performed well, truly surprised at the Bayern result, one of my favourite FM victories.
Wow, what a month! An away win at the Allianz Arena is an accomplishment few teams in world football have managed, let alone the Bundesliga! You look set for Europa League football at the very least. Best of luck in the run in!!!!!!
So unlucky with the Dortmund result, but a great month of results for you otherwise! Europe is within reach, you're so close now :D
What a month. Is this the start of Bayern becoming the 2nd biggest team in Munich. Good luck with the final 3 games of the season
With UCL pretty much off the table at this point after that loss to Dortmund and a reasonably tough month ahead, perhaps it's time to start planning ahead for life in the Europa League if you can just squeeze three points out of one result which shouldn't be too difficult!
What a month! European qualification is all in your own hands now with the games vs Mainz and Frankfurt coming! Winning the home games should be enough to qualify as it seems! Exciting times ahead for München with possibly two clubs in the city qualifying for Europe!
Great month, massive upset against Bayern and now European football is yours. Great season!
If you beat Frankfurt in your next game, you are guaranteed 5th place! What a finish that would be!
Munich belongs to 1860! ;) That's an excellent month and has made the European dream a very distinct possibility heading into the final set of games.

Also, come on Monchengladbach!
