Dude does Stegen come cheap after a few years? Awesome stats! Although he his actualy goal keeping skills aren't really that well (shot stoping and airial abillityl, how do you raise those?) but his secondary keeper skills (communication, distribution and mental, skills that makes the difference between a good and great keeper) are awesome! Tips on how to raise those skills too please. Persoanlly though I wouldn't buy Bale, there are better wingers and if you give Fabio loads of games since the beginning of the gam he actually surpasses Evra and develops faster than Rafael.

Yeah at the start of the game Stegen was valued from £15-£20 million. So for £8 I was very happy to do a deal. With regards to raising his stats I am hoping my coaches can work magic like they have done with my other players. The only tip I can give is to make sure your GK coaching is at the highest star rating as possible.

Fabio is developing really well (quicker than Rafael) and he will start the season as my number one LB (ahead of Alba) with Rafael at RB who is now developing well after a slow start.

The reason why I signed Bale was because of the fact he is left footed (not got many natural left footers in my squad), can play in a number of positions (LB,WBL,ML,AML and maybe AMR as a inside forward?), is a dead ball specialist, he can score and create goals and finally he is used to the English game.

Transfer News – Signed Sam Arthur on a free for Chelsea on a youth contract (only £55 a week) so I will see how he gets on over the next year.

World Cup 2014 – England finished top of their group (which contained Chile, Morocco and Norway. The biggest shock was Portugal going out as they finished bottom of their group, which had Belgium, Cameroon and Qatar.

Other News – Due to Portugal going out I have been offered the job of Manager. I have decided to accept the role and the main reasons were the prospect with working with Rolando and to also have the opportunity to look at young Portuguese players for my academy.
