Really good story man, good to see how your developing young english talent! Ive just started my FM career with Utd & my main sweat was managing to spot talent for the future and developing them but reading through this has kinda given me a path to go down and what i need to do to get these hot prospects into world beaters!

If you had time atall could you give me a few tips about how what direction i should do in regarding staff, training schedules and young talent spotting..
This story dead mate? Haha would love to check how your young 'uns are doing!
Hmm right now in a bit of a jam. I've got 2 young strikers, Niang and Nangis, both 17. I feel like loaning them out but i dont know if i should loan them out to English clubs. I also dont know how to keep track of the players. I loaned out Joel Valencia but when he came back, some of his stats dropped and dropped a star in potential. I loaned him to an English club, i forgot which one. Need help!
Hey guys! Sry for the deadness and stuff. I got exams from March to June so I haven't really bean visitng FMscout recently. I actually got 9 exams in 5 days (4 more to go) this week so I'm doing you guys a big favour by making this update. I would show you my improved youths and new ones but unfortunately there's that problem where FMscout just shows my out dated pictures instead of the ones I upload.

Firstly xXBlueXx what was the training facility of the club you loaned Valencia to? Just incase you forget you can check his history. Make sure that they have at least a good training facility, then make sure he plays and third make sure he does not get injured. Injury at loans are the same as injury at the parent club, except maybe the parent club as better physios hence faster recovery. So if he is injury prone I suggest recalling him if he gets injured on loan. An check his information once in a while. If he thinks that he's too good to be loaned out then you should loan him to a better club. This is where feeder clubs are useful. If you are lucky you can get top Holland league feeder i.e. when you start in MU you have FC Twente as your feeder. Sometimes you could even get lower half Liga BBVA teams(once I got Deportivo). If you get second league teams e.g. a team in Serie B, they may get promoted to top league. Now if this happens you can help them boost to be a top club. Hence you get a top club in say Serie A as your feeder.

Now those 17 year olds. I suggest you keep them at club while being tutored, so that you can loan them to a club with little reputation difference, but still get first team e.g. I tutored Paul Hall with several senior players before loaning him to FC Twente, where he developed faster than your finger nails grow.

Well I hope this helped.
Thanks man! Great advice! Gonna try my best now!
Here are the newest updates on my young devils:

Dean Keane

His goal to game ratio is deminishing, he does not score in most of his games now, he keeps passing to the other striker instead of out running the deffenders, which he does best, got any tips to solve this?

Andrew Love

His crosses are great when they are done over long distance, which is when crossed deep or by the byline. When he tries to cross short it does not often reaches the other player (this also happens to most of the attempts of other players), is there a way to make him cross from the deep consistantly? And which stats improves his skill at getting past opponents? His dribbling is pretty high but often he runs sraight to deffenders.

Paul Hall

The most consistant of the young Englishmen, he has improved in both form and attributes. Does not get injured easily and stats rarely drop when injured. I just want to know if I should increase his mental stats, deffensive or creativity/technical skills.

Hal Pates

Been good on loan, gonna try him out in the 2017-2018 season. Which stats should I improve though?

Jordan Beeston

Like Dean Keane he is dubbed the new Alan Shearer. Gonna tutor him in 2017-2018 season then loan him out.

On a side note I actually have a goalkeeper who is Welsh. He is a entered MU one year ahead of Beeston. Is there a way to make him get an English citizenship? Indonesian players that I get from my youth academy often becomes English citizenship, because of that I sold the players; disppointed that they weren't going to play for Indonesia. However this does not often happen to young players of other nationaility. I'm also the England manager, is there a way I can use this status as my advantage?
Ory1997; how do you manage 2 teams at once on the same account?
For Dean Keane train him a PPM, stop looking for pass instead of shooting. He may not have it though, they're on the position page. For Love, train him a PPM, stick to right side of the pitch when dribbling

You can manage a national team along with a club team. Also if you open the FM menu and click add manager you can add another character to manage another team. The other manager was originally for my brother who managed Leeds but now he doesn't play (bored) so like I just use his manager to just have some fun at other clubs.
