I didn't buy these two, both came from youth product.
You will notice that this one is a striker with raw talent, has so much potential but is freakishly fast and strong, shows it in the his matches too. BTW my FM is a bit glichy it some times doesnn't show international stats or weight and height at the attributes page like this instance, he scored 17 youth goals in 16 youth apps.

This guy has already the stats of a wonderkid winger - except for his slowass speed, he should be playing in midfield but for osme reason he plays on the right wing.

Please I need advice to train the strikers attack, aerial and creativity stats, which attributes should I raise first at his young age.
Also for the winger, how to train his speed, is it agility or acceleration? What is the quickness personal training for? I have been putting him on that for the past few months.
he looks like a gem of a player. if you are planning on playing him as a striker .i sugggest you try tring up his composure and concentration

quickness is to improve acceleration, which he needs. You might have to settle for playing him as a wide midfielder rather than a winger, as he doesn't have much speed, and its not likely to develop to a point where he is that fast.

again, the strikers jumping isn't likely to improve vastly, the only thing you can try to boost yourself is heading. creativity isn't really a must, he looks like he would make a good poacher as he has pace and decent finishing which will improve with time.

also, i would definitely try getting both players tutored by players with high determination, as the higher the determination, the more they will improve usually, as determination plays a big factor in how hard they are willing to work to improve in training.

basically, the better a player's physical stats are to begin with, the better, as they don't really increase a huge amount. Its more the footballing skills which improve with time, while mental stats can really be boosted by using the tutoring function.
Thanks for the tips guys, right now I will tutor these two guys and improve mental stats and heading for Keane and speed for Andrew, these two guys came out at two different years, I'm hoping in my third year in Manchester United there will be a star deffender or central midfielder coming out of the youth group. It's Februaru 16th in my game and it's 25 days before the new batch of trainees come.
Hey guys is this a good idea? I tutored Dean with Darren Fletcher out of the field for the mental stats and tutored Andrew with Hamsik for skills and mental.
Yeah, sounds good so far. Its a fair bit into the future, but after Dean Keane finishes his tutoring with Fletcher, get a striker (Rooney hopefully) to tutor him too so it boosts the skills he needs as a striker. Hamsik sounds like an ideal tutor for Andrew Love too at the moment. The more technically skilled he is, the better. It may also be worth considering retraining him to play in the middle, as generally he won't need as much pace
Rooney was tutoring another youth whom I recently loaned out to Rangers so yeah I couldn't ask Rooney to tutor Dean but here is a picture of the striker I loaned out, he's young as well, future Italian star whom I bought from Inter for a cheap price of 3.5 mil, well cheap for a club like United. He's currently injured but has become a first team striker for Rangers since I loaned him in late January. Look at his games then his goals, pretty good right for a youngster? And its been just 3 weeks since I loaned him there.
he looks an even better prospect actually. if you tutor him and give him more game time, he could turn into a wonderkid and better. probably start off as a poacher but with experience you could eventually use him as a complete forward if you wanted. He's got great work rate and good determination which will only improve, so he'll put a good shift in.
I know that but the problem is he wasn't getting games and no tutors was available when I loaned him out, the reason I didn't loan Dean instead is because I was having a striker crisis and he was the only one not iinjured while on loan between the two, Dean was on loan in Antwerp and it was too easy for him there so I decided to call him back.
I think I've found the next Owen Hargreaves from the United youth product - except he can jump and header. He has all the potential of a great defensive midfielder but just lacks technnical skills and attacking attribute important for all midfielders although he won't have to be really good at them just average attributes for attacking and technical will do for a defensive midfielder. I will post his stats after I train him a bit like the rest of them.
I thought you guys might want to see their improvement by the end of the season. So here they are:
Dean Keane

Andrew Love

As you can see Dean had developed amzingly fast, Andrew may need to be loaned out as I have a lot of wingers in my team. And here's a fact: Last season my team beat Dortmund In European Champions Cup 4-0. Well this season it is England versus Germany again, Manchester United versus Bayern Munchen, in 60th minute we were leading 3-0 from Hazard's hat trick so I subbed Hernandez for Dean. In 10 minutes Dean contested for the ball againt Schweinsteiger, out muscled him, out sped Lahm, then cuts inside beating Breno before shooting it low past Neur. Not bad for an 18 year old English player.
You got a few GEMs there mate, they are stars of the future definetly
Wow Dean looks awesome, as do some of the other players! What are your training methods and tips on developing players so quickly?
Always tutor these guys when not on loan and when loaned make sure they play well. The rest is up to them, I probably use the same trainning Schedules as xXAndyh, I asked him for a couple of schedules but it turned out I've been using the same from the start. I forgot where I downloaded the training schedules but will post them soon. Oh yeah also if you have really good youngsters don't put them in the U 18, put them in reserves or first team so they get more training, also control U 18 and reserves so you have direct control of the training and also the players you select for matches.

This may be a dumb question, but sometimes i cant get players to tutor the players i want!!how do it change that? Like i want Nani to tutor Deulofeu but the option doesnt exist!
