Cheers. I think Puncheon is overrated personally!

Southampton Continue Unbeaten Season With Win At Watford

Southampton dominated yet again today as they beat Watford on their own ground 2-0. Jack Cork scored his second goal of the season and young James Ward-Prowse continued his fine form by scoring a perfect goal from the edge of the box. Things then went from bad to worse for Watford as they had captain John Eustace sent off for a second yellow card.

Jack Cork (Southampton)
James Ward-Prowse (Southampton)
John Eustace (Watford)
Danny Fox

Final Score: Watford 0-2 Southampton

Yeah, just like in real life. I did beat them in the league cup though.

Southampton Thwarted By Own Goal

Southampton maintain their unbeaten season with a 1-1 draw with Blackpool at Bloomfield Road. Tadanari Lee got Saints off to a flyer with a header following an Adam Lallana corner. Unfortunately for the Saints, Scottish left-back Danny Fox scored a disastrous own goal following a slide tackle of Kazenga LuaLua. Kelvin Davis also saved a penalty to stop Blackpool from taking the lead.

Tadanari Lee (Southampton)
Danny Fox (o.g) (Blackpool)
Kelvin Davis

Final Score: Blackpool 1-1 Southampton

Reading will slip up, and as long as your team stays consistent you will be victorious

Cheers. James Ward-Prowse has been getting a few league games and has already scored 2 goals so he looks like a great prospect.
Great story mate. I quite like Southampton for some reason though I like portsmouth as well lol but really good story

Southampton Lose In League Cup

Adam Walker suffered his first loss as Southampton manager at the hands of Roy Hodgsons West Bromwich Albion in the Carling Cup 3-1. West Brom took an early lead but Southampton equalised in the second half. Sadly for Southampton, West Brom scored their second in the 89th minute and then, just to make sure of no Southampton comeback, they scored in the 92nd minute.

Peter Odemwinge (2) (West Brom)
Jordan Rhodes (Southampton)
Jonas Olsson (West Brom)
James Ward-Prowse (Southampton)
Peter Odemwinge (West Brom)

Final Score: Southampton 1-3 West Brom
