Eastwood Town Season 8 – Premier League
After staying in the league last season, can Eastwood make some forward steps?

Eastwood Open New Stadium
Eastwood Town are today proud to open their new stadium. The Eastwood Stadium will hold 16625 with plenty of room to expand. The opened was a star-studded affair with Eastwood legends past and present turning out for the occasion. Later, there will be a match between an Eastwood XI and an Eastwood Legends XI to mark the last match at Coronation Park.

Season 8 Target – Mid-Table Finish
Transfer Budget - £20.01M
Wage Budget - £397k per week
Nice tasty budget there for me to sink my teeth in. Hopefully I can get some quality buys in.

On a sunny afternoon in Nottinghamshire, Coronation Park hosted its final game before demolition between an Eastwood Legends XI and Eastwood Town XI. Returning to Coronation were such names like Jamil Adam and Martyn Woolford. The game ended in a one-nil win for Eastwood Town XI, Alex Cairns scoring a penalty in a party affair at the ground. After the match, the pitch became party-central as players old and new mingled with fans to thank them all for their support over the years. Coronation Park’s most famous result was the defeat of Manchester City last season and hopefully the Eastwood Stadium creates many more memorable occasions.
