Promoted – Charlton Athletic
Playoff Winners – Rotherham United

Top Goalscorer – Akwasi Asante (Eastwood) – 36 Goals
Player of the Year – Jay O’Toole (Preston)
Manager of the Year – Peter Reid (Rotherham)
I’m actually really confused about the awards, Asante had the most goals, most MOM, highest average rating and some random guy who isn’t on any charts gets player of the year. Also I take a team predicted 24th to win the league by 13 points and this doesn’t make me manager of the year?!

Signing of the Season – Scott Vernon (Portsmouth – Free)

Fans Player of the Year – Akwasi Asante
Eastwood Town Season 6 – Championship
Well, more back-to-back league titles. Judging on previous form, this season should be a struggle before I kick on … but you never know.

Eastwood Town Announce Stadium Expansion Plans
Seeing as the council did not give us planning permission for a new stadium, the board has decided to expand the stadium by 3,500 seats to meet league regulations. It will take 10 months to complete this, so Eastwood Town will groundshare with Notts County at Meadow Lane.

Season 6 Target – AVOID RELEGATION
Transfer Budget - £34.97k
Wage Budget - £52.75k per week
Finally, a transfer budget! Ok, its not much, and I will probably put that into my wage budget. This season I just hope to stay in the league, gain the finances that follow and then have a proper crack for promotion next year.
go for it mate! ;)
