i did a lfc save and won the cl in my second season (lucky draw and upset results)

Thanks for the feedback mate, I appreciate it

We are on an alarming run of six games without a win and Europe seems more and more out of reach. The only good thing is that we are in the semi-final of the League Cup - and I'm hoping to at least secure one trophy in my first season.

The board have been naturally unhappy at recent results and said that if I didn't get some better results fast they would consider giving me the sack. I took in their words grimly. I didn't want to get sacked. Not in my first season. Not by my favorite club.

Jack Robinson has gone on loan to Newcastle and Raheem Sterling to Stevenage. Suso has also been attracting interest from a few clubs in Italy and Spain's lower divisions, with a Serie B club and Liga Adelante club all wanting to get him on loan, however Suso rejected both because he apparently feels he is 'too good' to go out on loan. Sterling was also involved in a dressing room bust-up with Kuyt just before he went to Stevenage, as he felt that the advice Kuyt had offered was, apparently, 'bollocks', and that he needed a better mentor. I might consider dropping them back to the Reserves if they don't improve their attitudes soon.

Kuyt has expressed a desire to end his career at Liverpool, and so has Fabio Aurelio. However if the latter doesn't retire by the season after next then I will be forced to transfer him away as I want Jack Robinson to be getting more playing time.

Currently, we are at a disappointing 10th place in the league table with 26 points. Arsenal at 5th place is eleven points away.

Fabio Aurelio and Seydou Keita are both out injured. However both are expected to return within a week or two.
Suso has been sent on loan to Atlanta in Italy, Serie A.
We thrashed Reading 4-0 at their own stadium in the FA Cup. Nelson Oliveira scored a hat-trick accompanied by a goal from our captain Gerrard and we are through to the next round! We have ended our drought of no wins, but we still haven't got a win in the league yet, so I'm hoping this win can boost the lads' confidence so they can take all three points from their next match. Oliveira has already scored 9 goals in 7 starting appearances and 6 substitute appearances.
Well I refreshed my tactics a bit and that did me a world of good. After the Reading game, we beat Fulham easily 3-0 in the League Cup Semi Final first leg and followed this up with wins against league leaders Man City and bitter rivals Everton. However, I am still lingering around 9th place because none of the top five are showing signs of losing any form.

We beat Fulham 4-3 in the second leg of the League Cup semi-final, Suarez scoring all four goals, and we scored 7-3 on aggregate, so we are now through to the final where we will face our rivals Manchester United, who beat Arsenal. I am nervous yet excited about the prospect of battling United for the League Cup. The final isn't too far away and we are on a good run of form right now, so I feel that if we just keep working hard, we can maintain this unbeaten run straight to the end of the season and United won't stop us. In other cup news I have also beaten lower-league club side Stevenage in the FA Cup Fourth Round and demolished Stoke 3-0 and Newcastle 2-0 to rise to 7th in the league.

The January transfer window has come to an end and we made no signings. However, Barca's 20-year-old right back Martin Montoya will join Liverpool at the end of the season when his contract ends - I am actually still unsure about this transfer as the reason he wants to leave Barcelona is because he feels he needs more playing time and I'm uncertain if we can give him that with the likes of Johnson, Kelly and even Flanagan in his way. I am eventually planning to move Kelly to center back after Carra retires, so I'll probably off-load Johnson and Montoya can slot in there, but we'll see what happens next season.

Despite the best efforts of the team, we crashed out of the FA Cup with a 1-0 Fifth Round loss to neighbors Everton. However it doesn't apply for the league and our five match winning streak in the Premier League continues.
SUMMER TRANSFER TARGETS
Marc-Andre ter Stegen

The keeper will provide quality backup to Reina and will be the next first-team keeper after the Spaniard. Doni just isn't up to the standard as he has conceded at least a goal in every appearance he has made and Brad Jones... don't even get me started on Brad Jones.
We have finished 3rd in the league!

Yes, Liverpool F.C., the same Liverpool who was 10th in the league six months ago, have surged up to 3rd place. Europe beckons! Also, the Carling Cup is ours after we won 1-4 against Man Utd in a penalty shootout after drawing 1-1 with them in normal time.

regarding your montoya siging . i was barcelona for 2 and a half years and motoys hasnt got any better . hes actually quite poor
I have only been given $24M as my transfer budget for the season unfortunately... one of my transfer targets Dede has moved to Man City for $28M - the highest fee Dede's former club Vasco ever received for a player. Ter Stegen's club want $31M for his services and I'm not willing to budge. Charlie Adam has moved on loan to Southampton with a view to a permanent deal and Stewart Downing is also attracting interest from mid-table clubs who have put in loan offers for him, but I am looking for a permanent deal for him. Doni is also attracting interest from Atletico Madrid, Inter, Milan and Genoa, but he rejected all four clubs who put in $1.5M offers for him as he felt the wages they offered to him was 'unacceptable' and 'an insult'.

Figured but I will try doing what I can with him. Currently second choice right back, with Kelly moving to center back.
