Making Tottenham Hotspur more than just a top 4 team

I ultimately want to dominate the league within a few seasons and overtake Sir Alex Ferguson (This could take a while)

Nice one I will have a read of that then cheers

Ahhh now I see why you hate Tottenham so much lol

PL - Swansea (A) - Draw 2-2 (Adebayor , Van Der Vaart)

PL - Liverpool (H) - Draw 3-3 (Van Der Vaart x2 , Parker)

CL - Metalist (H) - Draw 3-3 (Subotic , Adebayor , Cissokho)

PL - Blackburn (A) - Draw 2-2 (an Der Vaart , Jagielka)

LC 3RD - Sunderland (H) - Won 1-0 AET (Bale)

PL - West Brom (H) - Won 4-1 (Bale , Adebayor x3)

Not the best start to the month with 2 back to back draws my team are getting the shots away and on target it's just we're conceding at silly times. I signed Ter Stegen the wonderkid GK for the immediate 1st team as he'd already had experience and with him only being 20 I want him to progress as much as possible so I will be sticking with him. Now I play my 1st ever game with Tottenham in the Champions league against Metalist where we drew 3-3 after leading 3 times that's 3 games in a row now where we score then concede score then concede I hope things pick up soon. Another draw against Blackburn and this is starting to get a little frustrating I must say. A 1-0 win AET against Sunderland in the League cup 3rd round sees me draw Manchester City in the 4th round. A nice end to the month sees me smash West Brom and remain unbeaten after 6 PL games I'm currently 4th 3 points behind leaders Arsenal.

CL - Ajax (A) - Lost 2-1 (Adebayor)

PL - Aston Villa (H) - Won 3-1 (Adebayor , Kranjcar , Bale)

PL - Chelsea (A) - Draw 1-1 (Van Der Vaart)

CL - Real Madrid (A) - Lost 4-1 (Adebayor)

PL - Manchester United (H) - Lost 2-1 (Adebayor)

LC 4TH - Manchester City (H) - Won 3-2 (Pienaar , Defoe x2)

Things aren't going so well for me in the Champions league I thought I would of qualified from the group stages at least in 2nd place but that is now looking unlikely with just 1 point from a possible 9. A good home win against Aston Villa followed by a draw against Chelsea ensured I remained unbeaten in the league. A 2-1 loss at home to Manchester United was a huge blow especially as I had been leading the game AGAIN only to concede 2 late goals this is becoming even more regular now where I take the lead only to draw or lose out at the end it's a joke. A massive win against Manchester City in the League cup 4th round ends the month nicely we're still on course to defend the trophy.

My current starting 11

PL - Stoke (A) - Draw 3-3 (Lennon , Adebayor , Jagielka)

CL - Real Madrid (H) - Lost 3-2 (Adebayor , Subotic)

Pl - Norwich (H) - Won 2-1 (Bale , Adebayor)

PL - West Ham (A) - Won 1-0 (Jagielka)

PL - Everton (H) - Lost 2-1 (Jagielka)

CL - Metalist (A) - Lost 2-0

November sees us start with a 3-3 draw away at Stoke and this is really starting to annoy me now we went 1-0 up then 2-1 down we pulled it back to 3-2 before conceding in the 94th minute I am leaking goals for fun and I'm not impressed so it's time for a team meeting. The team meeting went well with the majority of the players responding well. Another defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions league makes qualification near impossible the best I can now hope for is 3rd place and the Europa league but even that may not happen even if we win our remaining 2 games. A nice 2-1 victory over Norwich will hopefully give my team the confidence to now push on. Another win now against West Ham and things are picking up in the league at least. I knew it would be to good to last and lost 2-1 at home to Everton. Another defeat to Metalist means I finish rock bottom of my group and wont even be eligible to play in the Europa league this has been a terrible month for me and my team.

Tottenham Hotspur finish rock bottom of group F in the Champions league although this has been a shock for me and my team I'm hoping without the added distraction of European football we can kick on in the league

Tottenham Hotspur manager Greg Owens has today ensured the fans that there will be changes to the team and tactics. He admits that the recent run of results has not been acceptable and finishing rock bottom of the Champions league Group F is unacceptable. He hinted that Brad Friedel may be recalled to the team for the forseeable future and the defence will be shaken up. The midfield and striker are producing the chances and creating goals but Greg Owens admits at the same time they are leaking them at the back and admits things need to be changed.

Pl - Bolton (A) - Draw 2-2 (Adebayor , Jaaskelainen O.G)

Pl - Wolves (H) - Draw 0-0

CL - Ajax (H) - Draw 0-0

PL - Fulham (H) - Lost 4-1 (Van Der Vaart)

Another game thrown away I was leading Bolton 2-0 only to concede 2 late goals to draw the game. The Wolves game was also dissapointing and no goals scored even though we had the chances. I wasn't interested about the Ajax game as I was out anyway. A massive blow with the 4-1 home defeat against Fulham.

So after the 4-1 home defeat to Fulham chairman Daniel Levy has finally lost patience with me without any word of warning. I had recently checked the job security page where it said my job was stable and there had been no indication from the media that my job was hanging in the balance. I will be keeping this story going however it won't now be with Tottenham I will be looking to stay in the Premier League and will wait for the right opportunity I don't want to just dive back in with the 1st team who offer me a job.

I think my main fault was signing Marc-Andre Ter Stegen and immediately throwing him into the first team maybe I should of signed a current Premiership goalkeeper with experience of the league. Secondly my defence just didn't live up to their 1st season Neven Subotic , Aly Cissokho and Kyle Walker were all on average ratings of 6.68 etc. The midfield and Adebayor upfront were all doing there jobs creating chances and scoring goals it was just my goalkeeper and back 4 that really let me down.
So I have been approached with 3 job offers

West Ham United (16th)

Fulham (7th)

Stoke (8th)

After having a good look through the squads etc I have decided to take the role as manager of Fulham

As I took charge at Fulham the date was 30th December so I will be spending a good while assessing my squad , staff and tactics before using the January transfer window to remove any dead wood and bolster the squad the best I can where needed. I will want to stamp my authority on the club immediately and I won't be afraid of upsetting any players with my decisions I think I was a little soft at Tottenham but now it's my way or the highway. I will be back with a report as soon as I am finished assessing the squad.
Looked pretty likely you would be sacked, not your fault, but just unlucky, anyway, I'm sure you can make Fulham a decent side. Good Luck ! ;)
First of all Moussa Dembele left the club for £4.5 million to PSG this deal had already been agreed prior to me taking charge at Fulham I wouldn't of sold him as he was in great form and scoring goals so it's now up to me to replace him.

The formation I have chosen for Fulham is a basic 4-4-2 where I will be keeping it tight at the back while also getting direct balls up to Pogrebnyak.

after looking at the team I think I need 2 players a CB and a ST as other than Hangeland I don't have any other decent CB Hughes and Senderos are both below 3 stars and after the departure of Dembelle I need someone to partner Pogrebnyak as Emad Meteb isn't good enough from what I can judge.

Players out

Danny Hoesen - £400,000 (Colchester
Moussa Dembele - £4.5 million (PSG)
Orlando Sa - £1.5 million (Millwall)

Players in

Sebastian Coates CB - £7.75 million (Liverpool)
Tranquillo Barnetta AML - £3.6 million (Leverkusen)
Jay Rodriguez ST - £3 million (Burnley)

End of contract signings

Yoan Gouffran MR/AMR (Bordeaux)
Nacho D(RLC) - (Real Madrid
