34' GOAL! Leeds appear to have woken up since that 2nd goal and have been pinning Fulham back in their own half for the last 20 minutes. This time, It was Snodgrass who held the ball on the right running at the defence. He then saw an opportunity to slide it acorss the edge of the area to Buaben who smashed it right into the top corner. 2-1

75' GOAL! A simple goal from Fulham, Bobby Zamora had it on the edge of the box, he opted to play it to the emerging Simon Davies who smashed it into the bottom corner. 3-1

76' Leeds have decided to pile men forward now, bringing on Ross McCormack for Danny Pugh

78' GOAL! Piling men forward is starting to pay dividends for Leeds. After outnumbering Fulham in the final third, it was Jonny Howson who played a delicious through ball and Jordan Rhodes was on hand to finish the move off. 3-2

Portsmouth 1-1 Blackpool- That's it! Leeds have won promotion and the title in March! An incredible achievment by anybody's standards! Just look what it means to them! 9 rollercoaster years outside the Premier League have been brought to an end, and Leeds can now celebrate and build for a season in the top flight!

LEEDS DO DOUBLE CELEBRATION

They may have lost 3-2 away at Fulham, but neither West Ham, nor Blackpool won their matches which means Leeds were promoted with the title.

This has been regarded as a tremendous feat by the biggest names both affiliated with the club and the outside world of football. Leeds can now enjoy their football for the remaining 7 , safe in the knowledge that their position is safe, and they have a whole summer ahead to build for their long-awaited return to the Premier League.

The team will make a big exit from Elland Road upon their home return next week, with an open bus parade through Leeds after their home game against Portsmouth.

After initially looking like they were suffering from a promotion/title hangover, Leeds finally picked up form starting with a nice 3-0 victory against Bristol City. The Whites are now on a 4-match unbbeaten run going into May.
