The Job Offer

So my new journey has moved to Bosnia where i will take over Zeljeznicar who are probably the biggest club in Bosnia and they finished top last season but there job was insecure so i declared interest and luckily they offered me the job, maybe they come 1st but failed in all the cup competitions because they are in the champions league too which I'm quite looking forward to participating in this season, it's been about 10 seasons since i last played in the champions league and i probably won't do very well but still looking forward to it! Plus i have a league with more than 9 clubs which is a bonus.

Who are Zeljeznicar

A pretty big club in this league and in Bosnia on a whole, won 16 titles all together so looking forward to adding another one to the list! Not sure how they have done in the champions league in previous seasons, I probably won't get past the group stage but I'll give it a go!

How are there finances?

Healthy bank balance and healthy wage balance but the transfer budget isn't very good at all so it looks like I'll be raiding the free transfers this season and hopefully get a few decent loan signings in, who wouldn't want to play champions league football?

I don't understand FM on this ticket system, i was playing last season in Bangladesh when there tickets was £8 and these have ticket prices of £3! £3 to watch Champions League football is quality! though it will probably go up to £5.

Looking at the squad I've got a hell of a lot to do transfer wise because taking a team like that into the Champions Leauge is just asking to get spanked 5-0 every game!

A intro..

The "B" journey continues in Bosnia at Zeljeznicar and finally have been given a good job for a few seasons now after playing in some of the worst leagues known to man. I actually have a wage budget to work with and rotate the squad around to my tactics. I'm still not sure how the season will go as I've never played in this league either so it might be tricky.

So this is my squad after all the transfers i made, it's looking pretty strong for the league and the defence looks decent and i managed to get a few loans in too which i haven't been able to do for a few year in other leagues.

A list of all the transfers we made, i would of liked to get another striker because i play two up front but the season was closing in and didn't want to effect the morale too much so i just left it at 3, a lot of the wingers can also play up front so made sense to leave it.

Only two friendlies to show you as i was playing qualifying games for the champions league pre-season so it kind of warmed the squad up through them.

The first time in a while I've finished top by ease and it felt great winning the league with a few games to go which let me concentrate on the champions league later stages, that's Bosnia done and i have no idea where to go next!

Cup Competitions

So i managed to qualify for the champions league and i got handed the group of death with Man City, Shakatar and A.C Milan and i wasn't even sure I'd get a point but i did more than that and finished 2nd with only 1 win from the group stages i couldn't believe i managed to qualify! then we moved onto the 1st knockout round where i was probably handed the easiest tie against Galatasary and managed to beat them both legs sending us through to the quarter final when i was handed a tie against Zenit and after losing 3-2 at home i wasn't confident we'd go any further but i managed to win 2-0 away somehow! We was on fire at this point and we got to the semi-final against Valencia and looking at there team i knew i wouldn't stand a chance, and we didn't we ended up losing 5-3 on aggregate. We also won the Cup.
