Olivier Giroud lit up the FA Cup Final and grabbed a hat-trick, the first person since Stan Mortensen in Blackpool's 4-3 Victory over Bolton in 1953.

Adam Le Fondre guided Arsenal to another trophy handing them a treble and was certainly helped by Olivier Giroud and a standout performance from Abou Diaby, Diaby assisted 2 of Giroud's 3 goals and was back and forth from Defence to Attack all game. Giroud however was the man who truly made the impact scoring goals in the 29th, 32nd and 75th minute.

Arsenal Dominate England and Europe with a Quadruple!

Arsenal 3 - 0 Barcelona

With the final of the European Champions League about to begin there was a tangible excitement rocketing throughout the Estadio Da Luiz. As Arsenal had the chance to become the first team in english history to complete a quadruple.

The game began with neither side dominating, both sharing equal possession and never really threatening the goal, But a brief period of pressure over the 35th minute up until half-time allowed Olivier Giroud to fire home the opener before the break on 41 minutes.

Barcelona came out of the blocks fast in the second half going close twice, having Alexis Sanchez hit the post, only for Xavi to cannon wide the rebound. Goalkeeper Szczesny forward ball resulted in a misjudgement from Pique and his missed header left Olivier Giroud through on goal and he pile-drived home the second of the Evening on 50 minutes. Barcelona now had their work cut out and Arsenal fans were almost already celebrating.

The game was dead and buried on 78 minutes when a surging run from Abou Diaby through the middle resulted in him getting on the end of a cross whipped in by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

A roar of Cockney chants echoed through the Estadio Da Luiz and it took Arsenal fans over 2 hours to leave the stadium as they partied and celebrated they're teams astounding success on the night and throughout the season.

Adam Le Fondre had told the media after the game that he was delighted to be the one who turned Arsenal's cup drought around and to do it in such style was the best feeling he had ever experienced. Arsenal last trophy before this season was the FA Cup win of 2005 and now after waiting 9 years have won 4 trophies on just one season.

After the game stats were provided by FMScoutNews who voted Olivier Giroud as Man of the Match.

Arsenal welcome, Eriksen, Lewandowski and Clasie, as Ince Agrees Emirates Deal

Thomas Ince has arrived at the Emirates in a deal worth 5.75 million.

Thomas Ince followed a spree of free transfers in Christian Eriksen, Robert Lewandowski and Jordy Clasie. Ince agreed a 5.75m deal after he announced his intentions to leave relegated Blackpool.

Hodgson Leaves England Post

England Boss Roy Hodgson left his post as England Chief today, It is thought Hodgson left England to return to Club management after England's performance in the World Cup. Rafa Benitez is current favorite to take the to take the post but with a declaration of interest from Arsenal boss Adam Le Fondre it could be too hard for the English FA to turn down a manager of the same nation to lead the country.

Don't let Rafa take it! Imminent disaster if he does :P!
I hope that you can get the England job, that would be amazing! :)
