March Review

Team
Another mixed month that saw us crashing out of the F.A Cup. The first game against Liverpool was always going to be tough, as Liverpool were still trying to prove a point a finish above tenth for the first time i 3 years, as a result of this we dropped 3 points. If we wanted a respectable position this season i knew we had to pick up something from the Ipswich game, and i was furious that we didn't receive at least one of the 3 penalty claims that we had. Still we came away 2-1 winners and gained three valuable points. The Reading game was a bleak game in this month as Reading dominated proceedings from start to finish. Having beaten 5-0 only a month before i was naturally confident, which proved to be the wrong mind set. Ending the month with a 1-1 draw to Man City and a 1-0 win to Newcastle, i can see we are well on our way to ending the season on a high.

Individuals
The main individual this month (for the wrong reasons) is Beram Kayal, who yet again, managed to get himself sent off. As a result i have fined him and told him that one more sending off this season and he can find himself another club. On a lighter note, my captain Andrew Crofts and repeatedly put in good performances and therefore wins my Star man of the Month.

League
We managed to hang onto that 12th position, but Liverpool moved above us to 11th. Still, for a first season in the Premier ship, 12th is very positive. Looking at the remainder of our fixtures, it is very easy to move even higher.

April Review

Team
The team performance as a whole this month was largely disappointing, what with just the one win. Losing points at places like Wolves and Villa was not something we set out to do. The month of April started off so well with that 3-1 win over Fulham, but soon diminished as we struggled to beat a Southampton side that had nothing to prove. In defence we were all wrong in the last two games, Paul Hawkins and El-Abd failed to pick up the runs, and that cost us. Hoping for a much better end of the season.

Individuals
There wasn't really any stand out performances this month, but Danny Rose impressed me on a few occasions. Therefore he will receive my Star Man of the Month.

League
Going into the last 3 games, we find ourselves in 11th. Very pleased with that.

May Review

Team
Boy, what a way to end the season, 7 points gained from a possible 9! We always expected to get something when Bolton came to the Amex, but we never expected to score 2 goals and keep the clean sheet. As for the Arsenal game, we were all still amazed at what we had done coming back, we shut them out and frustrated them (which you can see from the amount of yellows they picked up) and managed to score in the mean time. That win stopped Arsenal from winning the league when they had been on course to since December. Ending the season with a 1-1 to Everton was a nice touch, both teams safe, both teams pick up a point, no one gets booked. Bring on the next season!

Individuals
Yet again, Simon Cox, George Elokobi and Paul Hawkins impressed this month. The constant ability to work as a team makes all three of them my Star Men of the Month

League
Ending the season unbeaten in 3 means we climbed to, and finished in 10 place! Despite Liverpool finishing one place above, we have high spirits going into the pre-season!
Good finish to the season, maybe you can push for Europe next year?
Great work this season, I hope you can challenge for European spots next season! :)

End Of Season Review - 2015/16

Team
The team has impressed me this season, they have really stepped up to the mark when i needed them too, especially the Liverpool, Chelsea and Reading games. Dissapointed to drop points at teams like Wolves and Villa, but that's just football and you have to take in on the chin.

Individual
I have been greatly impressed with Simon Cox this season, it was his first season back in the Premier League, and he has performed well. People were doubting him, saying his price tag will be too much pressure, but he has porved them wrong and been my Player of the season.

League
Immensely proud of our tenth place finish, considering the board were hoping to narrowly avoid relegation. Maybe Europe is calling our name next season?
Great story here!

Thanks mate, do you think you can try and get it some more attention. I feel like i'm putting too much work in for the little attention it gets. :P
