Juventus T.V.: Co-Ownership List
Hello, and welcome to Juventus T.V. with Cristina Chiabotto! I am your host for today's
exclusive co-ownership list, which includes young players arriving here at Juventus, while some of them stay at their respective clubs!
Cristina Chiabotto
The former Miss Italy 2004 has been Juventus's T.V. official host since Nedved's appointment.
The first official player to agree a co-ownership deal with
Juventus was
Parma and
Algeria international,
Ishak Belfodil. The striker, who formed a spectacular partnership with former Juventus flop,
Amauri, was heavily linked to top Italian clubs before the season came to an end. However,
Juventus acted quickly, and paid
£2.5 million for
50% of the player's right. The player, who participated in over 25 goals last season, was ecstatic to sign for Juventus, and at the same time, remain at
Parma. For such a player wanting first-team time, and signing for one of the biggest clubs in the world,
Ishak Belfodil has just achieved that, with his impressive performances last term.

Next up is relevantly unknown youngster, Luca Savelloni. They Italian youngster, impressed
Juventus scouts last season in his sole official appearance for
Pescara, which he made a string of impressive saves, but ended conceding. The youngster is also fresh from achieving a
European Championship runner-up medal, with
Italy's U19 squad. The youngster, was one of the main reasons why Italy got to the final in the first place. It is rumored that
Juventus paid
£500,000 for
50% of the players right, which could be seen as a future bargain, depending on how the player develops at
Pescara or at
Juventus.

A player that has been highly regarded by the
Italian media and the
Italian national team,
Genoa's striker,
Mattia Destro,
Genoa agreed to give up half of the striker's rights. The former
Inter youth product has had successful loan periods at
Siena, Genoa and
Roma, in which the latter held him last season. The player, hitting double digits, made
Juventus cough up a
£3 million fee, which is certainly a bargain fee for such a player. The
Italian player, was even sought after he agreed to sign for
Juventus by
Napoli, who is rumored to offer
£2.7 million fee for Juventus to give up the
50% of the ownership of the player.

A.C. Milan's Mattia De Sciglio, who practically forced this deal with
Juventus, will be forced to stay at least for one season at
A.C. Milan, as it was agreed in the deal. The player, who returned from
Fiorentina, was
injured for over 4 months last season, which he is now recovering with game-time. However,
Juventus seem to be confident of agreeing a deal for the player to move next season to
Turin, as they coughed up
£7 million just for
50% of the players rights. Many people believe that they have paid too much, but with
De Sciglio seen as a potential world-beater and
Lichsteiner's heir, it will be soon told whether
Juventus made a wise investment or not.

Luca Caldirola, who just finished his 2 year loan at
Brescia, was quickly snapped up by Catania, who paid a
£2.1 million fee to acquire his full services. After
Juventus missed on
Caldirola, in order to pay attention to other targets,
Nedved himself flew to
Catania, and spoke to Catania manager,
Rolando Maran, about the possibility of buying
50% of the players rights.
Nedved, agreeing to pay a £1 million fee and letting the player stay at
Catania, is rumored to travel back to
Turin with
Caldirola himself in a road-trip, with the player and the manager talking a number of topics before reaching the
Juventus Stadium.
