Good signing in Januzaj :)
Januzaj following Pogba's path away from Old Trafford to Turin. Hopefully he does well for you!
@Justice: Thanks mate, he was relatively cheap, which is always good :)

@Neal: Indeed he is. If he does the half that Pogba has done at Juve, he will be an instant hit :)
Great signing in Januzaj, can't wait to see how he turns out. Hopefully just as good as he's doing in real life! :P
@Rab: He's just a one-game wonder ;).. Manchester United fan's b4 Sunderland game: WtF IZ JANUZAJ DOIN IN DA LINE^?????

Manchester United fan's after Sunderland game: He haz da potential to be better dan Ruuney and CR7 cumbined! WOAH
Annual Comment On Pauker's Story

Aaaand action..!

A great signing. He was on the preseason tour to Australia and he played well. In terms of loans you could send him out to Genk where he would taste top level football but also to Siena which would help him settle in Italy. Either way, though :P

Done.
@Walter: Thanks, and he had an amazing pre-season tour, along with Lingard :P. Genk could be the best place, as he is with the Belgium U21 squad, which is looking likely for the midfielder to choose Belgium over the many countries he can represent. Siena are a team in the Serie B, and many of my regens don't want to be loaned there for some reason :P.

Neymar choses Manchester United over Juventus

Neymar Jr., or most commonly known as Neymar, has rejected Juventus, in order to join Manchester United, to work under the management of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson. After both teams bidded for the player, Santos accepted both £38 million bids and left the player and his agent, Diego Diniz Santos, to decide where his future would hold.

As for Pavel Nedved, the Juventus manager had lauded Neymar throughout these past months and will be both mad and disappointed not to have secured his signature. However, Neymar publicly stated that ‘Nedved’s comments do not matter’ after a series of interesting comments made by the manager. Before Neymar wrote his transfer request, he stated that he would prefer not to move to Italy, which is perhaps a reason why he chose United over Juventus.

Neymar

One of the last goals Neymar scored for Santos.

That seems to be the only logical reason, as Juventus are fresh of winning the Serie A, Coppa Italia, Champions League and Italian Super Cup, while Manchester United scraped to the Premier League title this season.

It also seems weird from Neymar to accept United’s contract offer over Juve’s, as club officials stated that the player was offered a whopping contract of £150,000 p/w, with additional bonuses, which included a £6 million fee loyalty and another similar fee to his agent. This would’ve make Neymar the highest paid player in Juventus’s history.

When Nedved was asked of the rejection of the Brazilian player, he only said,”It’s a shame that Neymar chose United over Juventus, who are a team that will fall off their perch if they don’t find a good replacement for Sir Alex Ferguson. Not other than that, but Neymar would’ve suited our game, and it definitely doesn’t suit United’s.” The manager, fuming, left the conference, which is his first since he became manager last year.

Whether Neymar will be ruing his decision to reject Juventus will be followed up closely by the media…
Stupid Neymar. He will get slaughtered in England :P
Mmmm... interesting decision by Neymar.

Weird how he chose the Premier League with it's physicality, over Serie A which is similar to Brazil in it's tactics and deep lying defences, leaving lots of room for attackers to run into, but anyway :P
Silly choice by Neymar :/
Your Juventus is now my biggest enemy: I started an AC Milan FIFA save :P
@Neal: Yeah, he's a squirmy f*g, just like in Barca.

@Walter: I know right? For some reason, his information stated that he wouldn't 'prefer to move to Italy'. I was like, wait wut!

@Justice: He is dumb as fucckkk son!

@Louis: A.C. Milan suck, even in Fifa! They put some of their shittiest players (Bonera, Constant and others) as high 70's!

Italian Super Cup Final

Roma vs Juventus F.C. – Italian Super Cup - 08.10.2013

After the quadruple of last season, which included this very cup, Juventus will be wanting to start another spectacular season with this trophy, in Turin, where they reside.

However, they will be without one of their main assets last season, who played at Roma as well, Mirko Vucinic. The player was sold for a £22.5 million fee to Real Madrid some weeks ago, and Juventus have not signed anyone to replace the player, which means that either Ciro Immobile or Fernando Llorente will start.

We're here in China at the National Olympic Stadium 'Birds Nest' for the Italian Super Cup, which will see Juventus and Roma facing each other for the title.. This final will be held at the National Olympic Stadium 'Birds Nest', and potentially the first title that Roma manager,Gian Piero Gasperini will bring at Roma's trophy cabinet under his rule. But, Juve, who are without Vidal and Isla today, will be forced to play either Stephan Lichsteiner, Luca Marrone, Simone Padoin or French player, Paul Pogba.

Here are the lineups for both teams:

Juventus F.C. (3-1-4-2): Buffon, Bonucci, Martinez, Chiellini, Pogba, Pirlo, Marchisio, Asamoah, Padoin, Cavani, Llorente.

Roma (3-4-3): Stekelenburg, Marquinhos, Burdisso, Leandro Castan, De Rossi, Marquinho, Bradley, Lamela, Chamakh, Totti, Osvaldo.

Roma, who swapped Arsenal flop Marouane Chamakh for Federico Balzaretti is ahead of Florenzi, who is fresh back from a good showing in the U21 World Cup with Italy. De Rossi is also back from Italy's Confederations Cup and will be likely substituted by half-time or less. Let the game begin!

Commentary from Fabio Carressa

1': Juventus get us underway here in the Italian Super Cup final!

14' Juventus will bring up the play after a Marquinho foul on Padoin. Bonucci passes it to Pogba, who serves it to Marchisio. Marchisio plays it back to Pirlo. Pirlo plays it with Pogba. Pogba is alone and shoots! STEKELENBURG! WHAT A SAVE FROM THE NETHERLANDS GOALKEEPER! He made a save that few goalkeepers in the world can do! Corner-kick for Juventus!

45: Half Time here at the National Olympic Stadium 'Birds Nest', where Gasperini's men have not yet to control the ball completely, and Stekelenburg has been forced to save a wicked Paul Pogba shot! A boring ending to a boring first-half here for the final.. Will there be goals in the second-half, or will the match be forced to play extra-time and penalties?

45' Seems that Simone Padoin will be subbed out after a bad tackle, with Lichsteiner coming on.

45' Stephan Lichsteiner

45': Roma to start the second half.

51' Pirlo controls the ball, and plays it to Lichsteiner, who has just entered the game. Lichsteiner plays it to Marchisio, who makes a run in the right wing, and crosses a perfect header to Llorente. Llorente heads a cross, where Asamoah is all alone with Stekelenburg! HE VOLLEYS!! HE HITS THE BAR! Roma, once again are saved by Juventus's lack of finishing!

52' Chiellini with the throw in after Marquinhos cleared the ball away.. He gives a long throw-in, which is met by Marquinhos header outside the box for Bonucci, who lays it to Inigo Martinez! HE SHOOTS! Stekelenburg easily saves the ball./color]

[color=#EF2929]53' Juventus are doing a fantastic job of piling the pressure here, as De Rossi lost the ball, and Inigo Martinez gives a long pass to Cavani who SHOOTS! THE POST AGAIN TO SAVE ROMA! Will the third be the one that beats Stekelenburg?

68' It looks like Pirlo will be come off, and that Luca Marrone will enter the fray. Same goes for Inigo Martinez, who has had an impressive official debut in the Juventus shirt. Martin Caceres will take his place.

68' Luca Marrone

68' Martin Caceres

Two minutes added by the officials.

90(+1)' This perhaps will be the last play that the ref will let go, before we enter extra-time.. Will Juventus pop-up with a last-gasp winner?

90(+1)' Bonucci, strangely has asked to take the corner.. Is this a special set-piece made by the manager? Bonucci swings the corner, and Chiellini is left alone! Chiellini heads the ball and IT'S A GOAL! GOAAAAAAAL! Giorgio Chiellini 1-0

(90+1') Giorgio Chiellini

FT: Final time here at the National Olympic Stadium 'Birds Nest' where Juventus scored a late gasp winner, with the vice-captain, showing what his team is made from! For both players, Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini, they had the match of their life time! Juventus secure a 5/5 titles with Nedved, which is astonishing for a manager that has only about 14 months under his belt!
