DINAMO adviser and fugitive from the Croatian judiciary Zdravko Mamić was handed over tonight to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, before which a hearing will be held tomorrow at the request of Croatia for his extradition.
As sources of the state justice and police confirmed for Hina, around 19:30, Mamić was brought by members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) to the Court of BiH. The night will, according to the same allegations, be spent in the detention unit of the Court of BiH.
On the web site of the Court of BiH there is no announcement that a hearing will be held tomorrow on Croatia's request for his extradition, but his lawyer has earlier confirmed that Mamic will stand before the judge tomorrow. He should answer the basic questions about himself, whether he has a BiH citizenship and whether he is opposed to extradition to Croatia.

Mamic said during the day that he would oppose that possibility. His lawyer Zdravko Rajić said there are no conditions for extradition to Croatia.
"According to the current situation, according to the evidence in the file there are no conditions for extradition due to the fact that Mr. Mamić is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am convinced that the request will be rejected tomorrow," Rajic said.
Dinamo's advisor, Zdravko Mamic, was sentenced to six years in jail last year, together with three others, with an explanation that he damaged Dinamo and the Croatian budget. On the day before the pronouncement of the verdict, he went to Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose nationality he owns. The Osijek court ordered an international arrest warrant, after which the Republic of Croatia requested from BiH the extradition of Zdravko Mamic to the accord on international legal cooperation in criminal matters.
