Dinamo Boss talks form Sportske novosti before match with Zadar

I think that Zadar have very little chance to take points from us. Of course they showed what they can do, they beat many teams which where they where not favorites at all, like Hajduk. I watched details because they have many players which are good and i must say that i like formation and tactic which Ferdo set. For the question will we know how they will play, its obvious that everybody knows. So when you check the team and games before this one i came to conclusion that they have really good defense with great defenend formation and forwards who know how to score when they are in chance, with Everton Inacio Dionisio on loan from from Parana we will need to stop him because he showed his skills and i think if we do that and keep ball out of him they will must play ultra defense.

So with many key players who are most defenders i think it will be very hard for them to make something out of game not only because of tactic and formation but also fitness. There are almost half of the key players who are tired for them while we had luck and keeped players fresh in Solin for about 30 minutes agter the second goal. There are of course players who i rotate but they are all played games, almost all of the harmonized. I also spoke with some players after Solin and i think that we will take three points because we cannot risk to put Rijeka away, maybe too much away from us on table. There is also other teams who can complicate standings on a league. Also there is Ruben Lima who has got out of injury and he will play from start and there is Sammir with who i talked and give him chance to prove himself so he will play this one and against Chelsea with no discution. If he will not play good i do not need him and i sayed him that clearly. I respect him but i want quality up and without that its much more harded to pressure the other opponents. Also we will play new formation 4321 and i if they have two or more suprises we have too. In general i think fitness will be problem for Zadar, can they save point its yet to be seen but i do not see them winning this match at all.So many quality defenders like Buljat, Prahic and Tiago H. but again i think they will need to give all to save net.

Dinamo's match against Zadar will have been a meaningful one for Dinamo's Luka Begonja as he was able to celebrate victory over his former club.

Midfielder Sammir got GNK Dinamo off to a flyer by scoring a real poacher's effort from 14 metres on 2 minutes. Midfielder Alen Halilovic doubled GNK Dinamo's lead with a placed shot on 25 minutes.

Midfielder Jure Jerbic added to an already bad day at the office for NK Zadar on 38 minutes when he managed to put the ball into his own net. Experienced striker Zelimir Terkes pulled one back for NK Zadar after 54 minutes with a powerful effort from 22 metres.

Enthusiastic midfielder Bakary Sare then added to the lead with a fine header from point-blank range on 59 minutes. Experienced midfielder Ivan Jolic pulled one back for NK Zadar after 81 minutes with an accurate finish.

Well you know i am not a fun of "special one" but he have results, from bottom to top no one can say he is not good manager but his attitude iritates me and that could be problem because there we are outsiders away and at home so this game will be very stresfull and optimistic imposible to win how much i and my team wanned ...




first i must say that i belive in every player in my squad so my plan was to try to edge the game because, the diference betwen Dinamo and Chelsea players are very high. Any player i have they have double better, they protected the euro super cup, win two times Euro cup in row, there was much of speaking after they lost away against fierce rivals Totenham and then get on a track and take three points to Mancesher United.





I watched "Special one" comments from begging and his players reaction, what i saw that whatewer he says and its almost always agressive then asertive, he didnt give a damn against winning Super Cup against Bayern but players did that, so in news papers and press conference he again come agressive and not giving too much freedom to players, if someone ask me, the Chelsea won two times in a row Euro Cup and now they are in Champions cup so i do not understeand that he did not want to show his favorite club and his players to only play how they want and not "who give's a fck". He love Chelsea, its his favorite clib ...



if i was in that situation i would not say "hey, fck that game, it means nothing today" i mean that is not ok for the club who i raging everyone and did wonder in two seasons. In overall i think that "Speacial One" do not deserve Super Cup Trophy but players... they were special and they won. So we get to conclusion that Chelsea players are very determined, they do not need special miracle and other because they will won what they want.











When i check my players knowing we are not favorites and they know that too than if i say "fck that game"? It would be beneficial if we lose. But there is Ademi, Šimunić? and Pivarić? who are sad because they will not play against Chelsea and i sorry them. I couldnt predict Simunic will get injured and Pivaric too. Last game we won and going very good in league and finally get on track and standing first in Croatia Division One but Balkan, teams comparison, almost everything even with players who will play there is almost no chance we could won, from my view i can see several balls in our net and that could destroy morale and than i can expect more problems in league plus Croatia Cup which is primary for me, not for players, thats why board put me in manager seat and in Champions cup when we are now in very hard group we losing fitness, playing much more games then others in Croatia division and i am happy for players but i know there is almost no percent to catch third or better position in our group.





So some players, like Ademi would not be happy about it and fans too. For me it would me nothing, i am proud but my job is not in group F.



If there is 1% we can take any point of Chelsea i would be most happiest on the world that day but again i need to be 99% concetrated to shut down the game and hope for the best.

Also i have and problem in defense. Bostjan is back in fitness and will going to start game from beginnig because he showed what he can do i cannot let Sodini take his place. The facilities is good so i am not concerned that he could pick injury again and i will need him after game with Chelsea. So, yes, i cannot see winnig the game and i will try to edge the game and give players more freedom because they deserverd it.



Also we worked hard to try suprise chelsea with not only 1 tactic. i have 2 primary and 1 for scenario but with players i think that it is really up to them than me and "special one".

Who do you afraid most of Chelsea players?

Who not? I can start from Cech to Toress, Ramiress, legends like John Terry, Frank Lampard, Eden Hazard not to forget, Demba ba on and on... "Special one" has a team which can beat anyone anytime if you asking me.





People knows you in England when you leaded Blackpool.

Yea, that was golden time for me. When i was get in Blackpoll i was in only one season put them in Premiership Legau and it was five great years for me in that club... but dump crashed and it happens :).



What was you most favorite game you played with Blackpool.

It was against Manchester City in Premiership Cup. We lost semifinal but we where better and all was proud but, so close and now so far away. However it was great times for me and club, fans. They will never forgot that i belive.



Do you belive that something like that can happen on Stamford Bridge?

Well.. no.. it was very big diference then and now. But its football, optimistic we will lose for sure but you never know in football.



How do you like london?

Its nice, like museum, night life.

Me and team are more talking and working on tactic, we are all tired of tight fixtures so i want them to enjoy town. We do small fitness in morning and evening. We are all happy about Bostjan Cesar back in team from injury. He is not 100% ready but he have expirience and i want him to play. Because of good weather and good facilites i belive there will be no more injuries, we lost many key players in one weak.



Are you happy standing first in Croatian Division with one game minus and do you belive that you could stay first till end of season.



Well its middle of season but yes. My favorite team. I will do all i can to take first place in division but in Cup it will be more hard because of our fixtures and other.
