Il Toro unveil final signings
Even though the month has not long started, Torino FC has today announced the last three signings that they plan to make in this transfer window. Although they have come out and said that there are no plans for any more transfers, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Joining the club today are former Manchester United starlet Davide Petrucci, Free agent Antonio Grippi and Damiano Ferronetti from Serie A club Udinese.
20 year old Davide Petrucci joins the club from Manchester United, arriving for an estimated fee of around 350 thousand pounds. Petrucci joined Manchester United from Roma in 2008, although he never went on to make a first team appearance for the famous red side of Manchester. At only 20 years of age, Petrucci has time ahead of him in the game.
17 year old Italian left back Antonio Grippi has joined il toro from the free agency market, due to him not being contracted to a club for about 6 months or so after leaving his previous club Palermo, where he failed to make an appearance
Damiano Ferronetti, the last announced signing of the current transfer window for i granata has joined the club on a 650 thousand pound transfer from Udinese, the club where he only managed to make 41 first team appearances in 4 seasons. The 27 year old Italian left back has never been capped for his full national team, but did make 5 under 21 appearances.
