Guardiola Walks Out On Bayern
Spanish manager
Pep Guardiola has sensationally left Bayern Munich after a training ground bust up with a drunken Arjen Robben.
The manager was found grappling the Dutch winger after he turned up to training drunk. Guardiola then pursued to slap Robben in the face and his teammates reacted and pushed Guardiola away to take Robben away.
Guardiola said in a statement that there was a lack of discipline in the club and that he feels he can’t ever go back there.
“What club allows a player to turn up drunk then do nothing about it? It is a disgrace and it should be not tolerated. It is with regret that I am leaving Bayern and pursuing a new job”.
“I have lost a lot of respect for the club and the way it operates. They have betrayed me and I want nothing to do with them ever again. I feel I have been mistreated and I just want to get out of here”.
In reaction to Pep’s resignation a statement was made by the club earlier on today.
“It is with regret that Pep leaves the club. We feel we have acted appropriately and that he needs to apologize to the club after breaching contract regulations and disrespecting our club”.
“We will back our players 100% and if he wants to ruin things then he can leave”.
Teams around Europe are on high alert after the news and many teams will want to know if he would be interested in returning to management.
