hahaha! This is the most exciting save I've ever done mate! I have been using the grid tactics at Palermo which have been amazing for me. bringing out the best in Fabrizio Miccoli (Veteran) he's 33 and has been a goal machine, will post his stats when I finish the season!

The Chairman offers Louis Ross a 4 year deal, £19,750 a week but Ross delays until the end of the season.
Only when the time is right will i decide my future. I made sure to sign a one year deal initially with Palermo as I want to be in control of my future come the end of this season

MICCOLI enjoyed his best season at the club and in his career by scoring an unbelievable 36 goals in the league when his previous best tally was 19 !!

Ross delayed the contract offer until the end of the seaason and when the season ended the Chairman cam to him again before the Cup Final, Ross wanted to delay this until after the final but the Chairman did not see fit to do this.
SILVERWARE
Ross' first piece of silverware is here! Beating Napoli in the Italian Cup Final AET.
Napoli took the lead and it was 1-0 at HT. Reports of shouting were coming from the Palermo dressing room, Ross knew they were better than this but they had to prove it!
Miccoli who had been outstanding all season missed lots of chances or came close lots of times in fact his effort came off the bar and landed to Vazquez (Tafer's replacement) to level. The game went into extra time and Ross' boys were dominating. By switching new signing Gaston Ramirez into the middle of the front free, his freshness after being brought on as a sub would cause Napoli problems, indeed it did with him netting the winner!!!
Now after his first taste of success the chairman again came knocking, Ross has agreed a ONE YEAR DEAL. He only ever signs one year deals and he was reported as saying
Palermo is a fascinating club, my work here is not finished, if it was I would have pressed for a move to the MLS seeing as their season is not finished. It is clear to all I will not be here forever but we have a strong base to build on here and I want to bring further glory to the club

One year is not enough. In my opinion you should stay at clubs for two to three years before you even consider moving. But anyhow it's at least a unique story with the manager changing clubs every year. Look forward to seeing more!
Pre season fixtures. Barcelona we dominated... but their two most notable players were Bojan and Thiago... Ross is massively confident about these results but is aware that his team are still lurking in AC's shadows.
Ross' transfers this season. The transfer budget was around 22million so to secure some transfers he has added monthly clauses to the deals too.
The players brought in Ross feels will benefit this team massively and Piatti at 1.9m was a steal for him.
