safe to say this tactic is not recommended for lower league sides, but if you do get a chance to try it with one of those, let me know how it goes. In central midfield there is a box to box midfielder and a wide playmaker on the left who drifts into the central position to help out in midfield. In the defensive midfield role, there's an anchor protecting the defence and he gets some help from the box to box midfielder.
In attack, a combination of a shadow striker, winger and deep-lying forward are responsible for creating chances, and scoring goals. The wide-playmaker creates chances from deeper areas for these three up front.
The team's objective is to control possession without relying on short passing and low tempo style of play. The combination of roles and team instructions allow the team to retain possession and control games.
Let me know how this tactic goes, and if you have any questions you can leave them in the comments. I'll reach out to you.

It’s similar to Vertical Tiki Taka or High press domination tactic. That’s the style of play for this tactic.
Edit: Quick question, is this "direct football" as the boards requests? They are always complaining i'm not playing direct football...
