Attacking 4-2-3-1 Asymmetric by Starfish

I made this tactic a few years into my West Ham save after struggling to break the top 4 due to inconsistency and getting some very poor results against teams at the wrong end of the table. I thought I needed more creativity, more chances and ultimatly more goals!



In my most recent season, 2024/25, I went unbeaten in all competitions and scored a total of 130 league goals





In addition to scoring lots of goals this tactic restricted the opposition to very few shots, no matter how good the team.









Make sure you use players who are fairly adept to the roles as this will make them even more effective.
I have not tested this tactic with any other team so I hope it works for you guys!
