Sit back, relax and enjoy!
Without many bells and whistles; I will share with you my simple & basic training schedules. It’s aiming for starters; those which like to make first steps into training for Football Manager 2021.
Training has been divided by 3 sections. One when you have 1 match per week. Second when you have 2 matches per week and last one when you have an international break — no match per week.

Player Development
Player development effected hugely from some hidden attributes and some not. Below is the list:
- Ambition (higher the better)
- Professionalism (higher the better)
- Determination (higher the better)
- Injury Proneness (lower the better)
Coaches, Training & Youth Facilities Level
The higher facilities, the better results (makes sense).
What about coaches, how many I want, where to assign:
1 General GK (Shot Stopping & Handling)
1 Shot Stopping GK
1 Handling GK
1 General Coach [Attacking, Defending, Possession (Tactical & Technical)]
1 Attacking Coach (Tactical & Technical)
1 Defending Coach (Tactical & Technical)
1 Possession Coach (Mental, Tactical, Technical)
1 General Fitness
1 Quickness Fitness
1 Strength Fitness

This is a very basic approach of training for Football Manager 2021. I am looking forward to create the advanced one like in previous version.

Please, English.
I am doing some tests in my journeyman save - not a lab-save. So, not sure when I will have advanced for 1st Team & Youth training.
Thanks for the answer. Im really pleased with this training.
I would ask you if u can make some training this amazing to youth too. Im getting some dificulties to develop them as much as i like.
Youths needs more aggresive - heavy training; so I am not recommend using this for youths. For pre-season case; use Normal preset - it's doing the job fine.
Thanks for using it!
Thanks for the amazing work.
I have two questions for you about this training: if i can use the same training for youth and you have something for pre-season.
Hi!
I would like to try your training but there is no pre-season, what should I do?
Hi!
I am not listening what players saying. If I like to improve some attributes - means that I want to improve that A,B,C attributes; because of X,Y,Z factors (like what the tactic need). Players will complain no matter what you put or gave them - I know that from FM19.
(Like defending position for defenders. Some want quickness training)
I am revisit training calendar on 1st of each month to apply training. When I am see that I have 1 match - apply one match schedule and so on.
I have design this training for Wed & Sat (not allowing matches to be moved) via Preferences
1. Download & Extract Files: Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2020 > schedules
2. Load Files: Training > Schedules > “Custom Schedules” > Get More > Select Schedules > Confirm > Save
3. How to Use: Training > Calendar > Dropdown “Custom Schedules” > Select

Those training schedules works with all professional teams. It's a simple and easy approach for training.
Regarding Intensity Level, is have wrote it at the end of the article. Double Intensity when heart is full green.
1. Download & Extract Files: Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2020 > schedules
2. Load Files: Training > Schedules > “Custom Schedules” > Get More > Select Schedules > Confirm > Save
3. How to Use: Training > Calendar > Dropdown “Custom Schedules” > Select
I have a couple of questions if you don't mind?
I've downloaded this file but as the question before where does the 3 files go once downloaded? new file called training or an existing file?
Also will this work for any team? what I mean is I'm Hungerford in league one. my coaches are best in the league but facilities are really bad. is it worth doing still or would you let staff do until I get to the prem?
One more what about team training in terms of intensity etc?
Sorry about the essay thanks for your help.
