FM19 Tactic: Cruyff Barcelona

Hello everyone being a big fan of Cruyff, I wanted to reproduce his 3-4-3 that he used with Barcelona.


Johan Cruyff's tactical approach follows some concepts:
- Full players with strong technical ability, intelligence and fitness
- Attack and defend in team
- Intelligence and creativity
- Fluidity and movement
- Possession

For my tactics I first opted for a 3-5-1-1 but then I went to 3-1-5-1 that I find more solid and always as effective for me. I put you both so that you can judge for yourself.

Sweeper Keeper (Support): N/A

Central Defender (Defend): N/A

Central Defender (Cover): N/A

Central Defender (Defend): N/A

Right Winger (Attack): N/A

Central Midfielder (Support)(Left): Get forward, close more, dribble more and play more direct passes (Raise more, more pressing, dribble more, more direct passes)

Deep-lying Playmaker (Defend): Close down much less

Central Midfielder (Support)(Right): Hold position, pass shorter and less risky passes (Stay in place, short passes, less risk)

Left Winger (Attack): N/A

Advanced Playmaker (Attack): Hold Up Ball

Complete Forward (Support): Move into Channels


MATCH PREVIEW

With the ball:
Wingers go up to 3-4-3


Without the ball:
Constant pressure on the opponent to prevent him from playing short and quickly recover the ball
