De Xavi 4-3-3

Hello and welcome to probably the last FM23 tactic I am doing, as we patiently await the arrival of FM24.

This is by far one of the best tactics I've ever made and I will definitely try and remake it in FM24, given that I've tried to create a fb role that is actually exactly what the new role of FM24 namely the inverted full-back is going to do.

The tactic won the Italian Serie A with Atalanta the first season I used it and it really create some fantastic results and football.

The inspiration comes from Xavi And De Zerbi hence the name the De Xavi tactic.

It focusses on the build up play from the De Zerbi with 4 + 2 and centers around building a box midfield and having wide wingers stretching the play.
