
You will need a good front 3 to score and assist and a "central winger" to play as the left sided CM (I've used Di Maria, Ayew and Januzaj)
It's not a one size fit's all formation, I often add things like "play wider" "be more expressive" and remove retain possession if chasing a goal.
It's an attacking formation and you will benefit from fast CB's as you are pressing and quite high up the pitch but you will outscore most opponents.
Your wingbacks are important, I would prioritise physical stats over technical as although they provide the width they aren't a huge contributor in terms of assists due to the "exploit the middle" instruction
The player instructions are important but in terms of the strikers I don't have a set combination. More often than not it's a complete forward and advanced but I have been known to use two advanced forwards etc.
It's worked well for me but is the first tactic I've uploaded so would appreciate feedback.
