FM Editor Live is a simple real time editor for Football Manager 2013.
It's the evolution of FM Real-Time Financial Editor and has been produced due to popular demand for a more advanced free editor.

Like its predecessor, FMEL has a very straightforward interface and works very fast.

This tool is released for FREE, as we feel you shouldn't be forced to pay for 3rd party tools of a game.

* Heal Team not only heals injuries but also changes the player's condition to 100% and clears his jadedness. Destroy Team is the exact opposite.

FMEL is a simple editor that allows you to quickly adjust information of clubs and persons. It should be safe to use it, but at any case make sure to keep a backup of your savegame before using.

Requirements

► .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 (standalone offline installer) or higher
To find out if you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed, you can use Framework Detector (free tool).

► Patch 13.3.3 (International + Russian)
To use this version of FMEL, you must have your game updated with the 13.3.3 Patch.

Please note it won't work with the Korean or Asian editions of the game.

If you have one of the mentioned special editions of FM13 and you want to help us add support for it, please follow the instructions outlined on this topic.

This is FMEL for Windows.

How to use

1. Extract the downloaded FMELv1.4.zip in a folder of your choice.

2. Run Football Manager 2013, and load your save game (or start a new one).

3. Run FMEditorLive.exe (ALT+TAB to desktop first if you're running FM full screen).

4. Click the "Load Game" button.

5. Enter club's name in the Search input box and hit Enter.

6. Double-click on the club's row. Edit what you wish in the 4 tabs available (Information, Finances, Kits, Teams) and click Save.

Double-click on the person's row. Edit what you like and click Save.

I still play FM13, just for the fun of it. And this little gem,
gives me a bit of an edge, when I need it.
A clever bit of programming. easy to use.

That is because this version is for FM13 not FM14. It doesn't look like there'll be one for FM14. Does anyone know of another in game editor that works with FM classic?

Would love nothing more than to use this tool for FM14. But it's totally understandable that the makers won't release it now, at a time when the game is constantly patched and the tool would be rendered unusable.

I think there is alot more work to be done on this editor to compete with FMRTE.
Although they do charge now which is why they gone downhill. Attributes of players need be edited. Staff attributes, CA and PA need be edited.
Please stay free and update these for the FM 2014.

Just a question about the chairman status, is that a level of how happy the chairman is? And if so, is a higher number a higher amount of happiness? What is the range of this value?

quick question, although I agree you shouldn't be able to edit attributes, whats the point then of changing the current ability attribute? what does that actually change?

To reflect Arsenal's recent signing of Ozil from Real Madrid, I've been trying to edit his Relations ratings to "convince" him to come over to North London. Here's what I did in the editor...

And here are the results in the game.

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Anyone try something like this before?

If you edit a stadiums capacity it just makes it have the new capacity but limited to the old one. For example I expanded wokings stadium from 6036 to 8000 and it says Capacity: 8000 (Limited to 6036) which means it basically does no good. Please can you fix this? I would be very grateful

Also, probably even more, I would love the ability to be able to edit a teams attendances like in fmrte. That would be really great. Thank you

It'a a fantastic tool. VERY much appreciated. The only thing I miss is the ability to edit hidden skills and determination.
