FM Editor Live is a simple real time editor for Football Manager 2013.
It's the evolution of FM Real-Time Financial Editor and has been produced due to popular demand for a more advanced free editor.

Like its predecessor, FMEL has a very straightforward interface and works very fast.

This tool is released for FREE, as we feel you shouldn't be forced to pay for 3rd party tools of a game.

* Heal Team not only heals injuries but also changes the player's condition to 100% and clears his jadedness. Destroy Team is the exact opposite.

FMEL is a simple editor that allows you to quickly adjust information of clubs and persons. It should be safe to use it, but at any case make sure to keep a backup of your savegame before using.

Requirements

► .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 (standalone offline installer) or higher
To find out if you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed, you can use Framework Detector (free tool).

► Patch 13.3.3 (International + Russian)
To use this version of FMEL, you must have your game updated with the 13.3.3 Patch.

Please note it won't work with the Korean or Asian editions of the game.

If you have one of the mentioned special editions of FM13 and you want to help us add support for it, please follow the instructions outlined on this topic.

This is FMEL for Windows.
If you're looking for a similar tool for Mac, please check out MacAssistant RT (another exclusive tool we release).

How to use

1. Extract the downloaded FMELv1.4.zip in a folder of your choice.

2. Run Football Manager 2013, and load your save game (or start a new one).

3. Run FMEditorLive.exe (ALT+TAB to desktop first if you're running FM full screen).

4. Click the "Load Game" button.

5. Enter club's name in the Search input box and hit Enter.

6. Double-click on the club's row. Edit what you wish in the 4 tabs available (Information, Finances, Kits, Teams) and click Save.

Double-click on the person's row. Edit what you like and click Save.

Hi guys! Every time I press the "Load Game" button it brings up a dialogue box saying "No game loaded?". Any idea why this is happening? I have my most recent save loaded yet it still says this.

Very good job.I paid the 5 quid for the FM RTE which is good but this is free so i agree that people shouldn't have to pay for it.

stam does this work with fmc,and one more thing i can edit bank balance but not wage or transfer budget they are grayed out and say 0 hope this is posted in wright place if not im very sorry.just checked all teams seem to be grayed out wage budget and transfer budget.ok stam restarted my game and all is well again.

@ANDYLAD52: I'm glad you feel that way. The plan was to create a free alternative to FMRTE with essential features only that would work faster and be easier to use. We'll be adding new stuff into it slowly, based on what you guys request the most.

@irishceltic: Initially MacAssistant RT doesn't have any editing features, but it shall start having them in upcoming versions. Thanos (the author) is the only one who could create a Mac alternative of this tool, but he said he'll start implementing editing in MacAssistant instead.

This is brilliant i used fmrte before but always tempted to edit team ie stats ect,this is what i have wanted for ages heals team gives you money,thats all you need fantastic job plus its free,just deleted fmrte from mu comp,will be using this from now on,brilliant job.please dont add any more to it i thinks fantastic as it is,got no willpower,started season after season edited games win to easy start normal game,get thrashed,this a very happy medium bloody well done

Thanks for the positive feedback and the suggestions guys! Like I said we intend to add more cool things for you to edit in upcoming versions. I won't make any bold promises about it, but be sure we'll be working to implement every reasonable request as time allows.

@guizaols: I think this might be related to the feature request made by meehog couple of comments below regarding max wage.

1 sugestion from me. Maybe you can include editing stadium attendance (higest, lowest, average) in the next update. =)

One doubt...
I changed the wage budget, but when I do the offer for one player... I can't insert high values.
Any ideas about this?

Absolutely great, a fine piece of work! What would be great addition to this (not that its not brilliant as it is) is if you could change player wages/clauses etc and maybe the youth level and junior coaching or is that included in the youth facilities? Probably too much to ask for but hey youll never know if you dont ask. Thank you for the time and effort put into this.

Just a quick question, what is the difference in chairman reputation (whats a good number)?

@meehog @guizaols: Thanks for the kind words. This is something we've been planning for a while now and it feels good to be in position to finally release it to the world. FMEL is the only free real-time editing tool for FM13 and we produced it due to popular demand following the success of our tiny financial editor.

@vilela1978: It is more of a full version actually, FMRTFE on the other hand could be considered a lite app. FMEL is a simple real-time editor that does most of the things people like to edit when they play. We have plans of course to add new features in upcoming versions but we're going to add a few at a time based on what our users request. So if there is something in particular you'd like to see next, feel free to share.

@kk1138: Upload your fm.exe to a free hosting site and send me the link to it via Private Message. I'll pass it to the author and he'll try to support Korean edition in the next versions of this tool.
