FM16 Individual Training View

Individual Training View is a better way gauge your players training development in all categories(attack, defense, tactic, fitness, ball control) through the view you can also change player training focus and also site all PPM training.

How to use this view on FM16

Move the downloaded file to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\views.
Create the folder “views” if it doesn’t exist.

When you load up Football Manager 2016, go to the “training” screen > “Individual training” and click “views” on the to left side.
Then “manage views” > “Import” and select the file.
