FM20 Tactic: DiamondGunner 4-2-3-1 // Beta

The most common formation, everyone is looking for a 4-2-3-1 to fit into a team, I believe I have found a great starting point during the beta.
I had a rocky start to life with Leeds trying different tactics, but this one I have had short term success with.
