I stopped FM. I won't be doing any more updates and I'm completely leaving everything to do with Football Manager.
I have been really demoralized by the critics coming from the Sigames Forum, especially from certain moderators. I also have a lot of work to do in my real life and just don't have the time.
My creations are FREE and always have been free.
Thanks to all of you who supported me, who encouraged me and with whom I exchanged messages. I met some very nice people and that's the spirit I like. But unfortunately, it gets lost in the FM community. Don't forget it's a game and in these complicated times, it's better to enjoy and help your fellow man move forward than to push him down. It's so simple to talk and so time-consuming to criticize and say nothing.

Timo, your work is appreciated here by thousands of people (nearly 25K in just over 2 months). I know not many will bother to post a comment and just say thanks, and you usually get requests or critique. Sometimes we take things for granted and don't take a minute to consider the effort put into something that is offered for free.
My advice is to be around people who appreciate you and make you feel at home. Ignore the negativity, it's not worth your time.

Each Updates are realized with the real rules (as soon as possible) of the leagues and to the reals calendars (rules of number, registration of team, prim for classification, TV right ...).
All Nation add have prime, Real Cup, reserve / U21 or U19.
Transfers windows calendar are 100% real.

Extract the contents of the .zip archive.
Move the .fmf files to:
documents/sports interactive/football manager 2021/editor data
Create the last folder if it doesn't exist.
Open FM21 and start a new career save. In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure each one of the database is selected.

The winner of Round Cup qualifies for OFC Champions League - Preliminar Stage
Knock-out Cup - November - December
3rd place in Round Cup plays against the 6th place; 4th place plays against the 5th place. The winners meet 1st and 2nd place in a semi-final. This is a different tournament of Round Cup; It is like the national cup of Cook Islands, played after the 'league' that is the Round Cup - they use Round Cup as base for the knock-out cup. The KO Cup finishes the season in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

All teams play two rounds each other (10 matches) - the winner of both regions face each other in a play-off (home and away). The winner is promoted.
Relegation in Fiji (the only team currently at the top-tier from Vanua Levu is Labasa).
Champion vs Champion Series (opens the season in January-February)
The current national champion faces the winner of Inter-District Championship in a home-and-away playoff. (Ba vs Labasa).
Fiji FACT (Football Association Cup Tournament) - May
All teams of the VPL are divided into two groups. The best two advance to the semi-final and final. The deciding matches are all played in a weekend (back-to-back) matches. In 2020 the competition is being hosted in Labasa's Subrail Park. Due Pandemics the schedule was changed, but the tournament is normally played in May (as it was in 2019).
Battle of Giants - August
The same as Fiji FACT. 2020 host was Lautoka's Churchill Park.
Inter-District Championship - October
The same as Fiji FACT and BOG. The Vodafone Senior League also has its own IDC. The best four teams of each zone are qualified for the Senior League IDC - then there is a draw as it happens in VPL's IDC mixing all teams.
These three tournaments are very prestigious in Fiji.
Article 168 Joueurs formés localement
Est un joueur formé localement celui qui – indépendamment de son âge – a été enregistré auprès d’un club de l’ASF durant trois saisons entières (même non consécutives) ou durant une période de 36 mois entre son 15ème et son 21ème anniversaire. 2. Un joueur qui n’a jamais été qualifié dans une association étrangère est considéré comme un joueur formé localement entre son 15ème et son 21ème anniversaire s’il a été enregistré pour des clubs de l’ASF pendant au moins trois ans. 3. Une fois obtenue, la qualité de joueur formé localement reste acquise. 4. Les requêtes tendant à la reconnaissance du statut de „joueur formé localement“ doivent être adressées à la SFL pour les joueurs non amateurs de clubs de la SFL, ou au Contrôle des joueurs de l’ASF pour tous les autres joueurs 5. Le statut effectif d’un joueur au sens des présentes dispositions est déterminant pour le droit de jouer comme „joueur formé localement“.
Article 170 Limitation du nombre des joueurs non formés localement
Lors des matches officiels d’équipes de Promotion League, de 1ère Ligue et généralement d’équipes M-21 participant aux championnats de Promotion League, 1ère Ligue ou 2ème ligue interrégionale, 5 joueurs non formés localement au plus, dont 3 joueurs étrangers au plus, peuvent être alignés simultanément.
