Windows Installation
Program files -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Football Manager 2023 -> data
MacBook Installation
Application Support -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Football Manager 2023 -> data
All versions are extremely simple to install. Just download the version you want, extract the x2 .fmf files (winzip or winrar) then place the 2 extracted files in the correct above directory.

IMPORTANT INFO
When SI update the game it puts your game files back to default and also creates a new version of the game. I then release a new version of the mod Simply just paste your downloaded files back in the data file and your new pack will overwrite the default sounds again. DO NOT PASTE AN OLD VERSION AS IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME.

great work on this.
Because some people don't know how to install a file to the correct location. This is simply a zip file that extracts it's self to the correct location. Simple solution to your question would be to right click the file and extract here?
the installation tutorial doesn't show this as an exe

The same message still aappear ¨Error : Match Unable to initialize Properly - Corrupted or/and missing data.¨, and then the game shut down.

let me know how you get on, this crash would only happen if you had installed an old version of the mod, as the game updates from Sports interactive, so does the pack from my end and causes no crashes what so ever.
May I also ask why this has happend to my game/pc?

Reinstall the game to a different drive. This will solve your problem.
I've first tried to reset the local files, did not work, pasted it again, still not working. I then deleted and reinstalled with 0 progress. And just around 10 minutes ago i reset the local files, redownloaded the game and restarted my pc, still nothing with the same error every time.
PS: crash dumps is empty
