Football Manager 2023 Data Updates - FM23 Transfers & Data Update Packs by TheNotoriousPr0 + FMTU

V Final contains 191.424 changes until the 10th of October 2023 that happened after the 23.4 database lock-down. New packs are released approximately every 10 days (1st, 10th, 20th of every month), around 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST / 20:00 EEST.

How to install this data update to FM 2023

Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.

Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2023 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist.

Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "23.4.0 Update" database & select all my files.

In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

Great work, huge thank you for this. It would be nice if you can do promotions/relegations for Serbian super league and first league, 2022/23 in past winners section for those 2 leagues also and there is a new rule in Serbia that now foreign players are only those who don't have EU passport.

@MICASYT, If you want the accurate transfer amount, please use this file: FM23 Data Tweaks. Also, you are using the free edition, don't ask too much.

@MICASYT, these numbers have nothing to do with the economy/balance of the club. It's just as an information, they don't cause any damage/income to clubs. I have sorted budgets in Portugal, I believe, you should be just fine.

@clydeeeee123, as I already said since I haven't touched any competitions (World Cup/Euro Cup, comps that include nations), I don't know why your game is like that. And to be honest you are the only one mentioning that issue.

@denners8, remove any other file (mine too, if it's and old version) beside the files you find in the latest pack. All of my files work together 100%.

@MICASYT, transfermarkt isn't always a place to be trusted, trust me I am using the site 24/7 for the past 10+ years. Also it's not debatable, it's something that I haven't touched all these years & I am not going to. After all, there are sooo many other things included, you should be fine

@clydeeeee123, maybe you used a file that removes the world cup the 1st season? Since I haven't touched any competitions (World Cup/Euro Cup, comps that include nations), that has nothing to do with me or my files.

@kosowo2001, Kendry Páez is too youch to be included in the game & that's why I have created him in my wonderkids file. If you are talking about his future transfer, yes that's something missing, thanks for the heads up.

hi im in year 2026 and world cup is bugging, there are 6 countries that is not grouped they have no group and they have no match scheduled in the world cup but they are qualified, there's group a-p but three teams and 6 countries doesn't have a group

you can see transfer values on transfermarkt, it literally says there porro was for 40M and ugarte was for 60M, easy as that

@mahzen88, too risky to make adjustments like this, wouldn't mind trying to remove it.

@MICASYT, thing is that transfer values are not included, since we are adding transfers from the beginning of the game & that can't be easily included.

values of the transfers of ugarte and pedro porro are incorrect.
porro was not sold for 8.5M€
ugarte was not sold for 6.5M€

@Mauve, you mean the final game of the promotion playoff from Proximus league (2nd division)? It's being played in a single game instead of 2? Or the game between the winner of the playoff & the team from Jupiler Pro League?

@Cheetham90, I am only adding players that have played with their first teams or are highly regarded as wonderkids. It would be huge if I added every player that is missing from the database. So, sadly the answer is no.
