I personally wanted a European Super League for the game. In my opinion, I don't find the World Leagues that exciting, but that's more because I like the European side of football the most.

Changelog v4.0 (Final version until FM26)
- Back to two cups system:
- Champions Cup: for UEFA Premier League + UEFA League 2 + UEFA League 3
- Runners Cup: for UEFA League 4 + UEFA Amateur League
- Prize money is only awarded to the winners of each round instead of just appearing
- Teams have been swapped between UEFA Premier League and UEFA League 2 based on real-life 2024/25 season performance
Contains
1024 teams divided over 5 divisions:
- UEFA Premier League – 1 group of 48
- UEFA League 2 – 2 groups of 48
- UEFA League 3 – 4 groups of 48
- UEFA League 4 – 8 groups of 48
- UEFA Amateur League – 8 groups of 40
The Champions cup has one rule, at least 5 U23 players in starting 11 to give youth a chance. For runners cup at least 4 U23 players in starting 11.
You play at least 48 matches per season (depending on cup progress).
Removed original B clubs such as Bayern II and Castilla – every player is in either the main squad or their own reserve/U18 setup.
Youth rating for each country is set to 135 for more diverse and exciting regens.
IMPORTANT
When starting a save, you will also get a message about disciplinary rules. This is a standard issue since 24.3 – again, just click 20x and you’re good. This version has been tested through 2030 without any bugs.
For optimal experience:
- Load only Gibraltar in Europe (other continents can be loaded freely)
- For playing with updated transfers I recommend:

This is the final version of the database until FM26.
In FM26, I plan to release a BETA version in the first week after the full game drops. That version might contain early bugs.

the fix when your save is affected:
Go on holiday for a season but you lose a season of progress
to fix everything I fixed the amateur league my self, but that fix only works with a new save (with the new 3.0 version of this database) sadly.
I'm now in 2025 and just promoted with my team from league 3 to league 2. But I don't get new fixtures and the competition isn't refreshing. The only fixtures that did come up were the ones from the runners up cup.
I saw your fix to just delete all the teams in the amateur and added them again. But this didn't seem to fix my issue. I'm now already on the 23th of august and I really hope you can help me fix it. I have no experience with the pre game editor so maybe I did something wrong. Really hope I don't lose all the progress I made in my save.

if you want to test the database yourself: Add Canada also as country, select the furtherst date in April 2024 so that you could simulate fast to the second season in the UEFA League. Every league on 2 July 2024 has fixtures but not UEFA Amateur League
Haven’t had any luck fixing this. So for now consider this broken. Hope anyone can find a fix while I am looking for it too. It seems like not every save is affected by it.
should not be the case, are you using any other databases? Haven’t had any issues here. You could always send your save file in messages so I could have a look

I don't recommend using any promotions databases and stuff.
I just use the latest fmtransferupdate.com file which works!
Still figuring out the following things probably for next year's version:
- Better pricing system in the competitions (Since I may feel the cup prices are a bit too much)
- Better Cup system.
But I am going to school again so haven't had much time yet! But really fun to to see my favorite FM creator to use my database

Only select Gibraltar in Europe. You can choose other countries outside Europe as well. But don't they tro load something like England
And don't use any promotion files or other league databases.

I moved some missing players from the B-teams to main teams! Players were still in Juventus Next gen, but this team wasn't in any leagues. So I moved them to Juventuns main team.
This was already done for the most teams already! I just updated some missing teams in this new version
