How to install this data update to FM 2024
- Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.
- Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2024 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "24.3.0 Update" database & select all my files. Click "confirm", choose game mode ("original" is recommended) & "advanced setup" to setup your game. You are now ready to create a new game with all the latest transfers & things that have been missed from the official latest patch
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

Also really like how San Diego is fully populated with players too - are you planning on making a file so they enter the MLS from the 2024 season? I have seen a number of files around that so it, and just thought it would pretty cool if you could also make it happen in your update at all? I would try and use one along side your file(s) but they seem to have used a different team for the San Diego than yours and I'm not sure how to make it compatible.

Also, the restriction of foreigners is only for the 1st season, in the 2nd the rules change. Make sure to go on holiday for 2 seasons, check them & tell me if they are correct or not.
Can you update Turkish foreign player rule pls?
A team in the Turkish Süper Lig can have 14 foreign players. However, only 12 of them can be included in the match squad. There is no restriction on the number of foreign players in the starting 11.
In the 1st League, each team can have 8 foreign players. However, only 6 of them can be included in the match squad.

@StojC, thanks for your comment and your questions. My answer is that I haven't even touched the Eredivisie, so your questions should be aimed at Sports Interactive, not at me. Hopefully I will find the time sometime soon to check Eredivisie also.
And why is Paixão's CA so low? He's the star player.
And why are Ajax players always higher in CA than Feyenoord-players? One Ajax player that I never heard of (no first team player) is higher in CA than Milambo of Feyenoord who is first team ???

Try to locate the editor data folder, by creating a new game, create a tactic and save it. With this, you will see where the tactics folder is located. The tactics folder is next to the editor data folder. The editor data folder is where you want your files to be.
