That's the first tactic I've ever shared. I can say it's just beta but I used it with AFC Ajax for 1,5 seasons and got good results.
Here are the screenshots.

What kind of players do you need:
Of course the best ones would be better. Playing good is possible with good players. But I'm gonna write key attributes for the tactic.Goalkeeper
-Rushing out
-One on ones
-Acceleration
-Anticipation
Central Defenders
Central defenders have to be fast and good tacklers. And their passing capabilities should be average at least.
Defensive Midfielder
-Strength
-Stamina
-Tackling
-Positioning
-Work Rate
And of course an average passing ability
Central Midfielder
Central midfielder must do everything. His tackling, passing, playmaking abilities must be above average.
Wingers
Wingers are important for the tactic. So they must be good players.
-Dribbling
-Passing and Crossing
-Pace and acceleration
-Technique
-Teamwork
These are key. Also they should have some defensive skills.
Central Attacking Midfielders
They must be good finishers. Because they'll get chances.
-Vision
-Passing
-Technique
-Acceleration and Pace
-Finishing
-Off the ball
-Flair
Striker
Our striker's abilities to creating chances for his teammates are must be above average. And of course he must be a good finisher. Acceleration and pace are other key attributes for him. And his strength should be average at least.
Opposition Instructions
Find a good assistant manager (Tactical Knowledge is key) and leave OI to him.Training
Pre SeasonGeneral Training > Fittnes-High
Match Preperation > Attacking Mov- Low
After Season Start
General Training > Fittnes-Average (You can change this sometimes to team cohesion)
Match Preperation > Attacking Mov-Average
Notes:
I must say I'm not good at set pieces. Any advice would be nice. Please wait for tactical familiarity. You will get better results after a few months.
