How To Find The Official Football Manager Editor

Open Steam Library
and
Change All Games to Tools.



It will appear in this list. Double click and follow steps to download and install it.



The initial run may require to install direct X files.

To play the retail version of Football Manager you will need to have Steam, so should be there if you haven't illegally downloaded the game.
