What’s included:
A total of 43,000 brand-new faces covering all regions worldwide.
For the first time, every portrait is presented in cutout style, giving your game a cleaner and more professional look.
Images are designed to blend seamlessly with existing skins and player profile panels. I have used a different naming convention so they won't overwrite other newgan facepacks.
I created this random prompt generator to help randomize features and hairstyles for each subfolder I was generating for.
Extract the images into your existing folders (African, EECA, Scandinavian, SpanMed etc) and then these images will be available next time you run NewGAN Manager or FMRTE to map your Regens.
Facepack 4 (43000 faces 4.8gb)
Megapack now available - this is a combined file of packs 1 - 3. Around 18200 faces in total.
- The images from pack 1&2 have been remastered, featuring much tighter cropping, just below the chin in most cases, little to no shirt visibility. You can overwrite the older versions of the .png file with the new re-cropped versions
- A handful of older faces from Pack 1 (generated over two years ago!) were looking a bit waxworky by today’s standards. Some of these have now been remastered using ChatGPT’s image tools – the quality is impressive, but the speed… not so much. Great for some face upgrades, not ideal for bulk production!

nb: If you are getting the error message about Italmed, make sure your folder is called Italmed and not ItalMed (it's case sensitive!)

Why Use This Facepack for Regens?
As your squad fills up with regens over multiple seasons, the default faces generated in-game can start to feel repetitive and unoriginal. This facepack injects variety and realism into your long-term saves, giving each regen their own identity on the pitch.
Is this is a cut-out pack, will there be a cut-out pack available?
Not exactly. This is not a cut-out facepack, but for the 3rd pack, I have cropped closer to the chin than before. I may go back and recrop pack 1 and 2 to satisfy the demand.
Installation Instructions:
Download and extract the facepack.(example) C:\user\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\graphics\faces\regens and it will create all the NewGAN folders if you don't already have them.
Move the files to the graphics folder in your Football Manager 2024 directory.
Using FMRTE, this is the easiest way to do it. I would suggest this over using NEWGan Manager and having to generate the rtf file from the shortlist. Details of how to use FMRTE to install facepacks are here.
Go to preferences in FM, Reload your skin in-game, and enjoy the fresh look for your regens!

Mine runs from Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\graphics\faces\regens
the main faces folder is where I have the real player faces (DF11) and then regens is a sub-folder of that which has Asian, African, Caucasian, EECA erc etc etc.
why i cant use this with fmrte24.4.1,
it said "Facepack installation result:

Given your current choices, there aren't sufficient faces for all the selected persons.

I got an error message in FMRTE when try install
"The given key 'Italmed' was not present in the dictionary"
So i want to ask if there is a way to prevent the already edited faces from getting randomize when using FMRTE again when the new wave of regens shows up?

@phnompenhandy This is the second facepack I've released but the first was about 7 months ago, I didn't drop one last year. The folder structure is the same as what people are using on all facepacks that are out there, I used my own naming convention for the image files so not to clash with other peoples regen faces, this pack can me mixed in with others. On my own PC I have a mix of my own faces, RocknRollas and also the FMU one.
Personly i like a bit closer of the face. not seing so much of the jersey. but thats because i use Zweierkette facepack and a Skin that goes well with big face pics
